Fluttershy was taking a nightly bath as she wasn't realizing who was about to push her under the deep hot water
Fluttershy as quick as could be though turned around grabbing him pulling him into the water pushing his head into it...he struggled to fight back but as fast could be he kicked her head against the wall so she was knocked unconscious and her head in the tub slowly drowning as he tied her down to the tub.
