Why do people say that you only pass as bisexual/pansexual/asexual if you're dating someone of the same sex? Just... what? You don't have to be biologically female and date another female to be bisexual. Straight trans people exist.
Passing as a sexuality doesn't mean date someone of the same sex. You don't stop being bi, pan or ace if you're female and dating a male/male dating a female. You're still bi, pan or ace. Take it from me.
I'm asexual, and an AFAB genderfluid. My boyfriend is an AMAB agendered bisexual person. Does that mean we've stopped being ace and bi just because we're together? No! We're still bi and ace. Who you love doesn't define your validity.
Some bisexuals may be more attracted to the opposite sex, some may lean towards the same one. Aces lean towards neither sexually, but we all have romantic orientations, unless we're aromantic. Some pansexuals may lean towards another gender more. It all matters on who you're attracted to.
You do not have to be a certain sex and date only that same sex to pass.
It pisses me off when people say that "Bis, aces and pans are only valid if they date the same gender/sex! :) "
