He seemed startled and confused . His head shot up at my decision and he came closer to me "what...what did you say ?" He asked still walking closer " I said I choose you Jacob" I repeated .

Yes I chose him . I choose him over everything . My love for him is just so strong to the point where I can give up everything and everyone including my best friend to be with him . It's crazy , but it's true . I've always loved him and when he's FINALLY mine you're expecting me to leave him ? I don't think so . And I know I'll never regret my decision because I know this is what my heart chooses .

He came in front of me and held my hands . He looked deeply in my eyes and spoke with a sincere tone "Are you sure about this ?" He asked sounding serious . I didn't need to think twice , I just nodded .

"Are you sure you want to take that risk ? It's harder than you think Clair . You'll have to keep it a secret from Angel ,Trey , your parents and everyone you know" I put my hands on his face and caressed it while staring into his eyes "anything just to be with you . I'm willing to make that sacrifice I don't care about anything else" I said honestly as I still held his face . I leaned in slowly and kissed him with so much desire and love . He wrapped his arms around my waist and I moved my hands from his face to his neck as we kept kissing passionately ever so gently , ever so soft . We pulled away and I smiled lightly because of how amazing it felt . He hugged my waist tightly and I sank in his chest between his muscular arms . He let me go and sighed "we have to talk about this" "what about it?" I asked confused . "Well we can't be seen together either in school or in public" "then how am I gonna see you ?" I asked in a sad tone . "Only time I can bring you home is every sunday when my parents are in church , or I can go to your house if you're alone...and as for school , we can meet at our special place" he said smiling as he interwined his fingers with mine . I smiled back admiring how he had already thought about this before . My smiling turned to cheesing when I realized that my life couldn't get any better even though we had to sneak out and date secretly like we're doing something wrong , I didn't mind as long as I'll be with Jacob . I was willing to sacrifice if I'll get everything I dreamed of in return "what are you cheesing for?" He asked smirking "because I love you so much and I'm so happy you're mine" I said and kissed his cheek . Just then my phone rang , it was Angel . I looked at Jacob "don't tell her" he said and I nodded . I sighed and answered "hey Ang" I said quietly

Phone convo :

"Hey girlie...are you okay ?" 

"Yea I'm fine I guess I just overreacted "

"I'm sorry about Trey you know he cares about you"

"Yeah I know and it's fine really"

"So are you gonna leave him ?" 

"Yes Angel......I will" 

"Sorry you had to do that...you know it's for the best and you deserve better than a killer anyway"

"I guess"

"Alright just wanted to check on you. Need anything?"

"I'll be fine Ang thanks"

I hung up and Jacob gave me a thumbs up . "That's my girl" he said as he softly kissed my cheek .

"So what happens next ?" I asked .

He ran his hand through his curls and picked me up

"What happens next is that you go home before my parents come from work and get some rest because you had an eventful night and I'll see you tomorrow" he said as he carried me to the door and put me down at his porch .
