I met you and my eyes shone
Your words make me fall on my knees
The light in your voice has me scattered in pieces alone
I want to hold you but you're far away
I want to feel your touch against my skin
I need you to hold me against the wall
I want to taste your lips as it defines what I've been longing for
Giving you my all for my cries to soar
But darkness defines your mind
My judgement aren't clear enough
My emotions are on high
I closes my eyes and I see us
Together in a red fiery blaze
Saving moments we know we could never have
And as I go back to reality
My thoughts cease and my heart denies
All those controlled feelings trapped inside of my mind.
I want you but I have to run
From your darkest fantasy to mine
I'll always hide my own true actions
Never choosing darkness over love
To not let my heart fall for someone untrue and unwise
