Prologue
"Baby, please don't leave me! I'm carrying your child! I love you!" Delaney cried. She wasn't like his other whores. Delaney actually began to love Caden. He had called her back to his room more than once. Caden never did a girl more than once. Delaney was his sole exception.
But Caden found it was a terrible mistake to not follow his own rules. Delaney was pregnant with his child. But there was one problem.
Delaney was not Caden's mate. Not his other half. He had a high reputation, and this baby had no part in it. Caden cursed himself for this. If he hadn't have done it. Why was he given this horror? He still had to find his mate. Create a respectable pup to become his heir. This wasn't something he wanted to come out. It had to stay a secret. If Delaney told a soul who the father was, all hell would break loose. Caden would be looked down upon.
He couldn't allow that to happen. Caden was left with two choices. Allow Delaney to walk on these grounds, hopeing it never got out. Or send Delaney off to live with a neighboring pack.
Caden gladly chose choice number two. He would never see Delaney or the baby again. Or so he thought.
