Have fun she tells me.

Have fun,

but you're not reading into me.

I just want you to see me,

but when you look it comes out all wrong.

A me, but another

One that isn't me,

but who am I other than who you say I am?

Hold on to the mask,

before you kill everyone that surrounds you,

but I'll grab your hand,

pulling you away

were that mask falls away into another land.

Please just not today.

Please don't frown with this brand new crown.

I have so much to say,

but I can't tell with this new voice of mine,

given to me none other than one.

Taking it back from me slowly.

Only hesitantly,

Rip it from me!

Kill me quickly!

Take it swiftly from your burnt hands,

we've been tainted,

but it's poisonous to me,

you're already use to being dead,

but my mask bleeds trying to conceal me.

Set me free!

Or let me bleed out onto this cold stone concrete,

only to have been beaten by the blackness in your soul,

that I won't let go.
