Dear Julius,
Sometimes I'm secretly jealous of the other states this time of year. I don't necessarily enjoy cold weather, but they all get to cozy up in warm sweaters, well- most of them.
We just have hot weather here still. Can you believe it? It was still 80° down here on Christmas Day last year.
Plus... sometimes I'm pretty lonely staying up here sometimes. Most of the states flock to NYC for the winter season just to stay together. I can't leave my people.
Oh, vaya.... Chances are I'll be staying in St. Augustine or possibly going to the Keys. Sometimes I do stay with Georgia, or Georgia and some of the other Southern states can come down here. We rotate turns.
But as Halloween approaches,
I wonder if anyone wants to do a matching costume? I'd better ask!
