I was completely shocked that I literally ran into Nathan out of all people. He gave me a small smile and I couldn't help but smile too. I went to step to the side to get out of his way but ended up falling to the side from the mat. Nathan's arms reached out, grabbing my waist pulling me up towards his body. My hands wrested against the middle of his chest, palms flat. He was looking down at me with his arms still around my waist. I let a shy smile creep across my face.

"I umm that wasn't ...im sorry" I ended lamely. Kicking my self in the butt for saying something stupid like that.

"No your fine" he said calmly. Was I the only one who had their heart racing. Being in his arms like this made my heart skip a beat. I still had my hands wresting on his chest so I awkwardly set them down beside me. He dropped his hands from around me and I took a step back.

"I'll see you later Miss Bull" he told me. Hearing him call me Miss Bull after I was freaking out about his arms being around me kinda hurt. Ok let's not lie, it down right pissed me off.

"Ya see you around" I told him turning around and walking to by truck, not once looking back at him. I got in my truck and headed home trying not to think about Nathan. Unlocking my door, I opened it and shut it a little harder than needed.

I mean he was probably happily married, of course he would want nothing to do with me. What was I even thinking? I thought to my self.

I went into the kitchen and plugged in my iPhone into it's little radio/speaker and started playing some country music. I started making a marinade for the steaks and let them soak for awhile. I went up stairs and got dressed in pink camo athletic booty shorts and a black T-shirt. Walking back down stairs I turned on the living room tv and played some Duck Dinasty. I got a bottle of water out of the fridge and turned off my music before going to watch tv.

After two episodes, I went and checked on the steak, I thought it was good so I put it on a plate and went out back to turn on the grill. Putting on the steaks I went back into my kitchen and turned on my music again. I opened the kitchen window to let in some air and so I could keep an eye on the grill. When I was done making the potatoes I decided I want to make an apple crisp. I had just checked on the steak and it had a little longer to go so I started getting everything for the crisp.

Swaying my body to the beat of the music I ended up getting flour all over my self. Looking down at my now white shirt I couldn't help but laugh.

The apple crisp was in the oven and the potatoes were down. I went outside to get the steak. I bent down to turn the grill off and almost had a heart attack when I heard a groan. I got up and turned around to see Nathan standing a few feet behind me.

"Oh umm hi" I said still surprised by seeing him here. Wait why was he here?

"Uhh hi..umm you dropped this" he said handing my my drivers license.

"Oh thank you. I didn't even realize I dropped it." I told him. He smiled at me and looked at my flour covered chest.

"Sorry you caught me while I was making dinner." I told him.

"Oh then I better get out if here"

"No that's alright. How'd you know I lived here anyway?"

"I asked Cony" he said putting his hands in his front pockets. God did he looked hot. "Well I should get going." He said again. Nodding my head and thanked him again for giving me my card. I walked in the house and started eating.

The apple crisp turned out perfect and I couldnt help but eat half of it. Well maybe not half of it but close enough.

The rest of the night I relaxed, took a bubble bath and read a good romantic book. Which didn't help to much considering it was about a cowboy. I couldnt get Nathan out of my head and it was driving me nuts.
