The girl sat beside the boy today.
They exchanged smiles and the boy offered her his music. The Ramones and The Sex Pistols took up most of his phone's music list.
It wasn't really the girl's music taste, but she didn't enjoy the bus trip any less.
His stop came sooner than expected and the girl's heart fell a little.
He stood up and she followed suit, letting him pass. She noticed a small ripped piece of paper on his vacant seat. The girl was going to call out to the boy's back but she noticed the messy scrawl on the yellowed paper.
Harrison's Coffee Shop - 11am tomorrow?
The girl smiled to herself as she read the slip of paper.
The boy smiled to himself as he hopped off the bus with a newfound spring in his step.
