Hello everyone and welcome to a new chapter for this awesomeness (:

I'm really sorry guys if you were waiting for new recipes, but since I was in a different town and was walking around old town it was kind of exhausting, anyway I'm not looking for any excuses, but here was the problem... The first one was it's not that easy to just update some recipes I didn't taste and just randomly threw them here. And even that if It was hard to look for any recipes. So here is one.. It's spring and pretty dang hot outside, I'm sweating like a dog in the sauna, and allergic to freaking things growing from the ground, Ugh, I will stop right now wri-

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus more to taste1 green tea bag

½ cup boiling water ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)

¾ cup cold waterIce cubes

1. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and green tea bag to the boiling water. Allow the tea to steep about 3 minutes or so before discarding the bag. Stir to make sure the sugar has dissolved.

2. Add the lemon juice and ¾ cup cold water to the sweetened green tea mixture. Stir to combine well. Taste and if it’s too tart (which is how I make mine), add more sugar to taste.  Once you get the right level of sweetness, pour about half of the yield over lots of ice and enjoy.

Makes about 1 ½ cups Green Tea Lemonade before ice
