Captain Steve Rogers led Aphmau and Nathaniel through the castle. In many ways, Steve was the ideal soldier. He was about 6 ft tall, muscular, and constantly had his shield at his side. Despite being a Disnian soldier, he was actually very well mannered and tried to make conversation with the guests. Nathaniel had taken to walking at least three paces behind Aphmau, a habit that had been ingrained into his head from his time in King Fox's castle.

"So he might come off as unsettling," Steve was saying, "but King Mickey only thinks of what's best for his country."

"I know," Aphmau murmured, "I lived here shortly before he became king. My husband was his favorite servant."

"Really?" Steve's voice sounded surprised, "He must be something for him to be in the King's favor. Not to mention, marry such a woman of wealth."

"He was my everything. A Disney soldier took his life during the battle of Cawthon lake." She bit her lip. She still remembered the day MatPat and Nate had come to tell her the news.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know," He paused a moment before going on, "I was there myself. That was the bloodiest battle in all of Disney history. The war is still going on, yet we haven't had to endure another loss like that. Thank Arceus." There was an awkward silence following that statement. How could there not be? Steve might have killed Jason and nobody could really know. The silence was suddenly interrupted by a booming, "Why, I'd never!" there was a soft click, click, click coming from the left hallway.

"Darling, how on earth could you possibly be so calm about this?" The voice sighed, although nobody heard another voice. Nathaniel was suddenly right next to Aphmau with a puzzled look on his face. The click, click, click got louder until the owner of the voice rounded the corner with a young woman in tow.

"Mettaton? Princess?" Nathaniel whispered in disbelief. Mettaton turned his attention towards the group, revealing his ghostly white face  partially hidden behind his raven and fuchsia locks. His choice of clothing was a black suit with a violently pink undershirt and boots.

"Nathaniel? My my, I never would've expected to meet you here, Dear!" Mettaton exclaimed and showed his winning smile. the princess next to him held his hand like a little girl. Her hair was in a neat little bob with a buttercup flower in her hair. She wore a rich blue, silk dress.

"Princess Frisk, thank you for visiting the castle." Steve expressed his gratitude and bowed towards the young woman. The princess smiled and took her hand from Mettaton's. She moved her hands in an odd pattern as Mettaton watched intently.

"Raise your head, Captain," Mettaton translated, "it has been an honor." He then proceeded to take Frisk by the hand once again and escort her away "We have a schedule to keep, Darling!" Frisk nodded and smiled  apologetically at Aphmau and Nathanial before letting her translator drag her away. Apparently, Nathanial had been holding his breath, because Aphmau distinctly heard a sharp intake of oxygen come from the tomato child.

"Wait till I tell Marinette...." He whispered under his breath so that only Aphmau caught what he said. Steve cleared his throat.

"Shall we continue?" He began to lead them down the path from which Mettaton came from.

Finally. It was time. Steve knocked on the door of the throne room. Aphmau audibly gulped and began patting down her hair.

"Enter!" A  high pitched voice commanded from the other side. Steve ceremoniously  opened the doors. The throne room was as big as King Marks, but not as empty. It was filled with riches and luxurious furniture, maids, servants, and the centerpiece of it all, King Mickey of Disney. Steve only took a few steps before falling onto his knees and bowing. Aphmau and Nathaniel quickly followed suit.

"Arise, Captain Steve Rogers!" The King ordered, "You are permitted to come forward!"

"Thank you, my king." As he stood up, Aphmau couldn't help but feel that Steve's heart wasn't in this. Mickey must not have caught on, but Steve's little performance seemed very forced. Aphmau and Nathaniel arose and followed Steve to a comfortable distance away from the tyrant sitting before them. Then again, in Aphmau's eyes, the most comfortable distance was back in her bed with her loving potato and children. The king looked friendly enough. A short mouse with a friendly facial expression and welcoming eyes. The only thing slightly off putting about the king was his black cloak draped over his blood red pants and white shirt. Nathaniel couldn't help but shiver. Did all evil masterminds wear white shirts?

"Lady Aphmau!" The King squeaked, "We appreciate your country finally handing over one of our most wanted!" he let out his trademark chuckle, "Don't you worry! She'll be beheaded in the heart of my kingdom during rush hour!" Aphmau felt like screaming. This mouse was using Baby as a warning. It didn't matter how happy go lucky he seemed, he was horrible.

Finally, she managed a weak, "It was our pleasure." Mickey was suddenly interrupted by a knock on the door. For a moment, he seemed to be snarling as he barked, "Enter!" Mulan the hero entered  and bowed.

"My apologies, my king. The prisoner has been safely transferred to a cell in the dungeons." Mulan reported, her head still down.

"Lovely!" He chuckled, "Why don't you show our guests down there? Just so they can have peace of mind." What on earth was this mouse playing at? Trying to show he would have no mercy, especially towards Animatronica? They already knew that.

"Yes, My King. Right this way." She gestured towards the door. Steve was about to follow, but Mickey stopped him.

"Captain, would you mind staying behind?" King Mickey said in a sweet voice, "I think it's time we talked about how you treat others." Steve stiffened up and took a deep  breath.

"Yes, my King." he murmured. Aphmau suddenly felt the need to protect Nathaniel and purposely shoved him in front of her. Mom mode tended to automatically activate when death is imminent. Mulan's eyes clouded with sorrow, and she saluted towards Steve. As the doors closed behind them, a man in red and yellow armor appeared. He had dark hair, a short beard, and appeared very well groomed.

"Stark," Mulan addressed him with a cold look in her eyes, "what are you doing here?"

"Saving Cap, duh." and with that, he barged into the throne room and left the warrior and her guests behind. Mulan reached towards her sword, but she hesitated. She took a deep breath and smiled apologetically at Lady Aphmau.

"Please, right this way."
