Chapter 4

Ella POV

"School sucks." Alexis huffed as

she sat down, her lunch tray slamming the table. "None of the boys here

have any ounce of decency." She complained

"You have to admit there are a lot of

hot guys here, though." Jade giggled.

"That is totally true." Diana

agreed, smiling.

I looked at Diana surprised. Out of all of

us, Diana seemed to be the one who was most insistent on hating England.

"Do you have something to tell us

Dia?" I asked, eyebrows raised.

Diana looked at me like a deer caught in

the headlights.

"Wha….What?" Diana stuttered.

"Diana's in love!" Alexis sang.

I leaned forward in interest.

"Who's the lucky guy?" Becca

giggled.

I had to admit that though the girl didn't

come off as nice or a cool friend when I first met her, she was growing on me.

"His name's Louis." Alexis

whispered, smirking.

"What? No!" Diana rushed out,

nervously.

Becca gave me a look, and turned her

attention back to Diana, while I sat there confused, pondering on what Becca

was trying to tell me.

"Louis isn't good." Becca said

quietly.

"What's so bad about Louis? He's

nice!" Alexis defended, for her friend.

"Just be careful Diana." Becca

warned. "You're new here so you wouldn't know, but Louis is one of the

school's biggest player. He's dated more than half the girls in our grade."

Diana looked at Becca surprised. "So

he's a player?" She asked.

"Mmhmm. Sorry to break it to

ya." Becca said, looking genuinely apologetic.

Diana shrugged her shoulder. "Oh

well. I knew it wouldn't be as good as it seemed." Diana said carelessly,

flipping her hair over her shoulders.

Becca looked at her in surprise. "So

you're just done with him? Just like that? You're not even gonna try to change

him?" She asked, eyes wide.

Alexis scoffed. "This is Di we're

talking about. She's the type of person that drinks the glass of water, instead

of contemplating on whether it's half-empty or half-full." Alexis stated.

Diana stuck out her tongue. "I just

face reality, that's all. Plus I'm not into players, or the bad boy types."

She shrugged.

Becca gave a low whistle. "That's a

new record-time for blowing off Louis Tomlinson. I wish he was here so I could

bruise his ego. I'm impressed." She laughed.

"Well speak of the devil, and here he

comes." Alexis muttered.

"Hey beautiful." the boy

addressed Diana. I had to admit Diana had a good taste. The boy had vibrant

blue-green eyes that sparkled with mischief and delight, and striking silky,

light brown hair that was styled "just right", with a body sculpted

of pure hotness. "You left your jacket in the classroom, so I thought

I'd pick it up for you." The boy said, with an arrogant smirk that

would only look good and angelic on him.

Diana rolled her eyes. "Thanks Lou. I

appreciate it.” Diana said sarcastically, throwing the jacket back at him.

“This isn’t even mine. In fact, it says ‘Louis Tomlinson’ on the tag.” She

muttered, unimpressed with his antics.

I could tell that everyone else was trying to refrain from laughing, when they saw the "Oh so great" Louis Tomlinson blush. Jade was covering her mouth, in attempt to stop her laughing, Alexis chuckled, and snorted, and Becca was full out laughing. I rolled my eyes at them, and directed my attention to Louis.

"You're gonna have to try harder than that to crack Diana. Alexis may be the most stubborn out of all of us, but Diana can put up a really hard fight when she wants too. You won’t be able to get to her." I whispered in his ear, as I stood up, getting ready to walk away and prepare for my next class.

"She'll get over it eventually. They can never resist." Louis smirked. "Just remind Diana that." He called out to me, as he ran out of the lunch room. “Oh and Ella? Game on.” Louis said, leaving me confused, in the lunch room, pondering on his words.

{this was more of a filler chapter, but now Louis is starting his plot and moving in on Diana! This chapter was kind of boring, but it really will get better! I just need to set everything up, so it’s kinda boring at first! But it’s gonna have a really good plot! promise!}
