I finally decided that it was time to edit/rewrite this poem book slowly. I kept the unedited/old version so hopefully you'll notice how far my writing has come. Good luck.
UPDATED VERSION
Chapter 1 : Unsolved Thoughts
You're so gentle and sweet
So gentle indeed
The breathe you blow across my face
As you pull me into a warm embrace
Captivates my heart
my mind
my body
my life
I feel you look at me with disgust
And that look makes my heart bust
But after I leave and you've realized what you've done
Your conscious burns like the billion degree sun
"Nobody's the same"
"Anyone can break"
But not everyone knows how much they can take
I just realized how much I could take
As my will shattered like a million pieces of glass
On that priceless green grass
After you left did you make sure I was still well?
Every night I'd stare at the wall where I continuously fell
The hands that didn't rest
Upon my face and chest
Was supposed to guide me to the best
But there were no screams of, yes
OLD/UNEDITED VERSION
Chapter 1 : Unsolved Thoughts
I feel you look at me with disgust
The words you say,
Doesnt make anything go away.
Everyday is the same.
Anyone can break
Shattering like a million peices of glass.
On that priceless green grass
After you left was everything still good?
They stare at the wall, were you once stood!
The lies you told
The anger they trully felt
Haunts them every night
Who in there right mind, would still put up a fight.
