Part 5

Getting angry, Rajveer yells, "NAINA!! KYA KAR RAHI HO TUM?"

By a sudden scream from Rajveer, Naina jerked, her heart starting beating fast. She immediately looked towards him and found anger in his eyes.

"sir please..", she whispered going a bit near him, "sir, let me..."

Without letting her to complete her sentence, he yelled, "Enough Naina!! Stop this here. How dare you drag my mentor into this?", his eyes were full of anger, he was on the verge of crying.


"Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat", the judge interrupted, "Behave yourself. If I hear you again yelling at an advocate like this, this will be considered a contempt of court and you will be punished for this."

Looking towards the judges, Naina says, "I am sorry sir, Captain Shekhawat ki taraf se mein maafi mangti hoon, but please understand his feelings. Lala Gehlot inh ke mentor hain, so, it's hard for him to tolerate the truth."

"What truth?". Rajveer asked furiously

"Captain please. Control yourself", said the judges. Now looking towards Naina, the judge spoke, "Advocate Aaluwalia, you may proceed!."

By now, Lala Gehlot is in the witness box. Lala's facial expressions changed. His face turned red out of fear and anyone could tell that he was nervous. Giving a last look towards Salve, Lala looked at Naina and asked, "kya poochna chahti hain aap humse? Hamara kia taluk hai is case se?"

Smirking a little, Naina replies, "wo abhi pata chal jayega Mr. Gehlot ke aap ka is case se koi taluk hai ya nahi."

Naina walks back to where she was sitting before. She takes out a sealed bag and few papers from her desk. Turning around, she walks towards Lala. She shows him the sealed bag. There was a cell phone inside that sealed bag.

Looking towards Lala, Naina asked, "Kya aap is cell phone ko pehchaante hain?"

Lala got 440 volts' shock. He found his head spinning. His face turned bright red. He found himself being nervous. He very well knew that his truth was out. Naina could clearly read Lala's facial expressions. She looked towards Salve and found her starring with anger. Naina looked back at Lala and asked, "Mr. Gehlot, kya aap is cell phone ko pehchan te hain?

"N..N..nahi", replied Lala, rather stammered.

Looking towards the judges, Naina asked, "sir, mein is proof ko handle karne ki ijaazat chahoongi"

"Permission granted!", replied the judge.

Naina wore a glove in her hand. Naina unsealed the bag. With that hand, she took out that cell phone from that bag. After few minutes, a recording was heard.

"Captain Rajveer...Murder...Mission"

Hearing this recording, everyone's eyes widened at this. Pooja immediately got up from her seat and yelled, "haan...ye toh wahi recording hai.."

"Cadet ghai", said the judge, "aap ko jo kehna hai aap please witness box mein aa kar kahiye".

Lala moved away from the witness box while Poojs made her way towards the witness box.
Pooja now stood inside the box.

"Cadet Ghai", said Naina, "kya aap is recording ko pehchaanti hain?"

"Yes, mein is ko pehchaanti hoon. Ye wohi recording hai jo maine khud sunni thi. Mein suriji ke phone se call milane ki koshish kar rahi thi tab cross connection lag gayya. Mein bus yehi sunna or phir call disconnect ho gayi.", pooja answered

"Phir aapne kia kiya?", asked Naina

"Meine ussi time ja ke ye baat apnay saathi Cadets ke sath Rajveer sir ko batai thi", replied Pooja


Looking towards Rajveer, Naina asked, "Captain Shekhawat, kya Cadet Ghai sach keh rahi hain?"

"G haan..lekin".., said Rajveer but he was interrupted by Naina.

"That's all Captain, thank you!", Naina interrupted,


Naina could see tears in his eyes. She looked into his eyes immediately.

Naina's thought "Please sir, please cooperate with me..please understand, sir! Mein kuch galat nahi honay doongi, sir"

A little smile came on Rajveer's lips looking at Naina. She also had tears in her eyes.

Rajveer's thoughts: "I trust you, Naina!"


These were the only words that she needed, but only from her Rajveer sir. A smile came on her lips when she saw Rajveer smiling.

Naina immediately lowered her eyes as soon as she saw something in his eyes. Yes, she saw pure love in Rajveer's eyes for her. She knew that she would have to answer him after the trail. Something she didn't understand was, why was he acting like this during his trial? Why was he looking at her in that way..

As soon as Naina lowered her eyes out of shyness, another huge smile came on Rajveer's lips.

"ahemm..ahemmm"

There were both interrupted by someone who was clearing their throat. Naina looked towards that sound and it was none other than pooja, who had a mischievous smile on her face. Naina threw daggers at Pooja with her eyes.

Now, moving towards pooja, Naina asked, "So, Cadet Ghai, ye baat kab ki hai?"

"Mission pe jaane se ek raat pehle ki", replied Pooja

Now looking towards the judges, Naina spoke, "sir, is baat se ye clearly prove hota hai ke is sab ke peechay kisi ki soochi samjhi chal thi. Kisi ne jaan boojh kar ye saara plan banaya Captain Rajveer ko phasane ke liye."

"Fine, I agree", Salve stood up and yelled, "lekin is sab se mere bhai, mathlab Mr. Gehlot ka kia connection hai?"

"Connection hai", Naina yelled back at her. Now looking towards the judges, Naina requested, "sir, I would like to request Mr. Gehlot to come in the witness box again."

"Permission granted!", said the judges.

As soon as Pooja left from the witness box, Lala came in the witness box.

"Mr. Gehlot", spoke Naina looking towards Lala, "mein phir se ek baaar ye poochti hoon ke kya aap is cell phone ko pehchaante hain?"

"Maine kaha na nahi..", Lala yelled

Rajveer immediately interrupted, "sir aap jhoot kyun bol rahe hain? Ye phone toh aap hi ka hai jiise aap only private calls ke liye use karte hain"

Naina's smile widened hearing Rajveer's words. She immediately looked at Lala who's face turned red out of fear.

"Thank you so much Captain", Naina spoke smilingly, "aap ne mera kaam or bhi asaan kar dia".. Now looking towards Lala, she said, "Toh aap keh rahe thay ke aap is phone ko nahi jaante? You are lying Mr. Gehlot kyunke ye phone aap hi ka hai."

"Kya proof hai tumhare pass?", Lala yelled

Smirking a little, she handed few papers towards to the judges.

"sir", Naina spoke looking at the judges, "sir ye papers hain is phone ki fingerprint report ke jis se saaf saaf prove hota hai ke is phone per Mr. Gehlot ke fingerprints hain". Now handing another papers towards the judges, Naina spoke, "sir ye hain is phone ki sim card ki information papers jis se saaf prove hota hai ke ye sim card Mr. Gehlot ke naam pe registered hai". Now, Naina finally hands the last paper towards the judges, "sir ye hai is voice recoding ki report..."

As soon as Naina utters these words, Lala immediately looks up at her, his face turns red with anger and fear. He immediately gets out of the wiriness box and runs towards a guard. Grabbing a gun from the security guard's pocket, he points it towards Naina.

Everyone gets up in shock. Naina's eyes gets widened at this. She can see her death in front of her. Is she really about to die?

She comes out of her thoughts when she sees Lala's fingers reaching the trigger.

"tu mera sach batyegi? Mein khud hi batata hun is court ko apna saach", Lala yells still pointing that gun towards Naina. He continues, "haan maine hi phasaya hai is Captain Rajveer ko. Kaha tha maine isse ke door reh sab se lekin is ne meri baat nahi maani. Chaal para ye mere raaste mein rooday atkane".. Looking towards Rajveer, Lala yells, "kaha tha na maine tujhe ke Naveen ke case se door reh..lekin tune meri baat nahi maani issi liye mujhe tera hi murder mission plan karna para."

Hearing Lala's words, Rajveer gets stunned. Tears started following through his eyes. He couldn't believe his own mentor betrayed him. He couldn't believe that his own mentor, that was like a father figure to him, cheated on him and planned his murder.

Whereas if we describe Naina's condition, she was feeling the same as Rajveer. She looked towards Rajveer and saw tears in his eyes. She couldn't see tears in his eyes. She couldn't see anyone hurting her Rajveer sir. Seeing tears in his eyes, she immediately felt tears rolling down her cheeks.

"sir.. ye aap kya keh rahe hain?", Rajveer finally broke the silence, "mein toh aap ke bete jaisa hoon na?

"Beta?", said Lala sarcastically, "hahahaha", he laughed sarcastically, "beta!! Kon sa beta? Mera koi beta nahi hai samjhay tum...Tumhare jaisoon ko toh main apnay faide ke liye istamaal karta hoon"

This was it for Naina. She could not take Rajveer's insult anymore. "ENOUGH!!", Naina yelled, "tumhari himmat kaisay hui Rajveer sir se aise baat karne ki?"

"Ay chup", Lala yelled back as he pointed the gun on Naina's head, "tujhay bhi mein aaj wase hi maar daloonga jaise maine tere bhai Captain Naveen Singh Aaluwalia ko marwaya tha."

Naina's and Rajveer's eyes widened at the confession of Lala. Everyone was shocked in the court. They couldn't move or do anything because they were all scared that if someone moves, Lala won't think twice before shooting Naina.

"Kya mathlab hai apka?", Rajveer asked Lala out of anger

"haan maine hi Naveen Singh Aaluwalia ko marwaya tha", yelled Lala. Now looking towards Naina, Lala spoke, "tumhara bhai ek sacha solider tha, imaandaar . Badkismaati uski ke usko hamari planning ke baaray mein pata chal gaya tha. Wo muh band rakhnay ko tayyar nahi that oh issi liye humay ussay maut ke ghaat utharna para."

"Or ab tumhari baar"i, said Lala as he pointed the gun towards Naina again and his fingers moved towards the trigger.

Rajveer couldn't take this anymore. First he saw his best friend dying in front of his eyes. Now, he cannot see his love like this. The thought of loosing Naina brought tears in his eyes.

Before Lala could press the trigger, Rajveer immediately rushed towards Lala, forcefully snatched the gun from his hand and pointed it to Lala's head.

This all happened so quickly that Naina had no time to react. She was just starring at Rajveer with wide eyes. Her mouth was half open due to the sudden action.

"tumne hi marwaya tha na mere dost ko?", Rajveer yelled, "ab main tumhe nahi choroonga..Maine tumhe apnay baap se badh kar mana or tumne kiya kia? I will kill you.", shouted Rajveer as he put the gun on Lala's head.

"Captain Rajveer stop!!", BC yelled, "Captain you have a brilliant career ahead of you. Please don't do this."

"per sir..is ne mere dost ko..", Rajveer pleaded

"Captain please.. Kanoon ko apnay hathoon mein mut lo. Mein tumse wada karta hoon ke jald hi Captain Naveen Singh Aaluwalia ko us ka honour wapis mil jayega. Please Captain!", said BC

Rajveer finally put the dun down. Two security guards came and dragged Lala out of there and immediately arrested him Soon, everyone took their respected seats.

The judge announced, "Saray proofs or Mr. Lala Gehlot ke confession ke baad ye court Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat ko bohut hi izzat se is case se bari kartay hain. Unh se saare charges wapis le liye jayge. Sath hi sath Captain Naveen Singh Aaluwalia ko begunaah maante hue unh ko unh ka honour wapis mil jayga!"

Getting up from their seats, the judges said, "Dismissed!"

As soon as the judges left, everyone got up from their seats and cheered for Rajveer. His super 5 cadets came and hugged him one by one. They all had tears in their eyes along with Rajveer. BC proudly came forward and hugged Rajveer.

"Well done, son!", BC greeted Rajveer still hugging him


Soon everyone hugged him and wished him. But his eyes were only searching for one person, his Cadet Naina ah' Singh. He would not let her go so easily, especially after today. He has decided that he will confess his love for her, no matter what. He has also decided that he will get his answers today from her, by hook or by crook. After today, when he saw a gun pointed towards her, he lost all his senses. He has realised that he will not care about anyone, he will not let her go, no matter what.

He knew he had to keep his romance aside for a while for his answers. He will find out why Naina has lied to him about her being a lawyer. But, she was no where to be found.

Soon everyone left from that place. Rajveer walked outside and what he saw in front of him, it shocked him.

He saw Naina and Captain Salve there. To listen to what they were talking about, Rajveer hid himself behind a pillar.


Captain Salve was about to leave from there when Naina called her from the back.

"Captain Salve", Naina yelled.

Salve turned around and stopped. Naina came towards her smirking. Now, Naina stood right in front of Salve.

"aap apna gift nahi leingi Captain?", asked Naina

A confused Salve asked, "kaisa gif..."

Salve was not able to complete her sentence due to a very tight slap. Naina threw her hand as hard as she could across Salve's face.

BOOM


Salve's cheek turned right red. The same red colour matched Naina's palm. Salve was shocked due to the sudden action.

"ye hai tumhara gift..ainda ke baad Rajveer sir ke baray mein kuch bhi bolne se pehle sooch lena."

After saying this, Naina left from there leaving a dumbstruck Salve behind.

Rajveer, who was watching all this from behind the pillar, he had a huge smile on his face.

As soon as he saw Naina leaving from there, he immediately went towards that direction and followed her.

Naina was walking towards the exit door of the court when a strong hand grabbed her wrist and pulled her behind another pillar.

Naina had no time to protest as someone immediately took her into his embrace. He tightened the hug so, she wouldn't be able to escape. She was protesting against that person, but failed miserably. She stopped protesting as that person whispered in her ear, "Cadet Naina ah' Singh"

She was shocked by this. Yes, the person was none other than her Rajveer sir. He had held her so tight that there was no chance for her to escape. Naina was shocked by Rajveer's sudden behaviour. He was always shy when talking to girl, but suddenly..

"Kya hua Cadet Singh?", he whispered again in her ear as he tightened the hug again. She could feel his breath on her ear and neck, which gave her shivers in her entire body.

"sir..please", Naina stammered

"kya hua Naina?", asked Rajveer with a smirk as he very well knew Naina's condition. He knew she felt week even by his simple touch, and here he was hugging her tightly.

"Sir...please...mujhe...choriye", she finally uttered these words, out of breath!

A huge smile came on Rajveer's lips. For a second, he tightened the hug but, then he let go off her and stood few steps away.

Directly looking into her eyes, he said, "theek hai Naina..abhi ke liye choor dia lekin is ka ye mathlab nai hai ke tumhe mein baad mein bhi choor doonga."

Naina's eyes widened at his statement. Smirking a little, he continued, "tumhe kya lagta hai ke mein tumhe yoohi choor doonga apnay sawaloon ke jawab liye bagair? Nahi Naina...ek dafa Academy poohnchne do..tab tum mujhe khud batao gi apnay past ke baray mein jo tumne mujhse chupaya...Samjhi?"

She lowered her eyes immediately. She knew his intensions very well. She knew what he was up to.

When he saw that she is avoiding his gaze, he came very close to her and whispered in her ear, "Naina..agar tum chahti ho ke ABHI ke liye mein is se aagay kuch na karoon toh mujhse naazre churaane ki himaat mut karna!"

Her eyes widened at this statement. She felt week and breathless. The fact he said "Abhi ke liye", it took her breath away.
