Ricochet

Evangeline Winters had a perfect life. One that everybody would wish for.

At least, that's what people thought.

But looking past that facade is a whole another story. One of fears and confusion. Where vague memories of her dark past haunts her sleep and waking hours, and begin to make her question who she really is.

Everything crashes down on her thought-to-be perfect life when a familiar boy, who calls her Lightning, shows up and attends her school. Her perfect life ricochets back to hit her where it hurts the most. Even though she had tried to keep her life normal and steady, everything was about to change, for better or for worse.

The nightmares she so desperately wanted to end became increasingly more vivid, and flashbacks paralyzed her thoughts.

The more she tried to fix her shattered life, the further she was pulled into a storm of secrets, lies, and misunderstandings.
