Ups and downs -- it is part of everyday life. We can't avoid it because that's life. BUT it lies in your hands on how you should react on this various circumstances. When we feel happy, it affects how we act and react. And when we feel sad, lonely, sometimes we let our emotions to drag us and affect our entire day. And it turned out to be a bad day for us. So, here is my list to boost my mood and turn my sad feeling into better one. I hope my suggested ways would make you feel better than making you feel more sad. I just hope this would help somehow. ;)

Despite we are living in this chaotic world, let us not forget to smile and choose to be a happy one. Life is too short to stay sad. Right? ;)
