“I never had the heart to change a thing about this place after you left. I missed you.” She confessed.
“Yeah, me too”, I smiled back.
“So, who did you like best, Ankita or Ayesha?”
Oh that cheeky little devil. I’ll have her this time, I thought. I turned around and kissed her.
“Both.”
It was her turn to be shocked. She froze for a while and then hugged me.
From tantrums, mad laughter, playing with toys to our first kiss, this room had witnessed it all.
It was a special room. It hadn’t changed in years and neither would it ever change.
Ever.
