"Who was she" I ask once again.
"She is some one important" He smirks. Someone more important that me? "Important huh?" I growl picking up the pillow from the couch and throughing it towards his direction with full force.
"Ouch!" He shouts as the pillow hits his head,"I am still not well" he defends.
"Yeah-Yeah, I see how unwell you are" I say in a sarcastic tone.

"Seriously I have a terrible head ache"
"I can feel you, having that bitch in your house was itself a headache" I say."Blake I am serious" he groans.
"That's because of the cold and fever"
"Yes" He says rubbing his temples.
"I can make a Kadha for you" I utter
"Ka-adha what? It sounds dangerous you know" he frowned.
"My grandma used to make its a kind of a herbal tea, more like a medicinal tea. She used to had a diary where she used to write all the herbal formula's" I say. He nods.

I hop into kitchen. "I will help you" he says following me to the kitchen.
"No, Too many cooks spoil the broth"
"Excuse me madam, the phrase doesn't say two cooks spoil the broth" he utters."Whatever it is, you just need to rest"I order.
"You can't even imagine lying alone in the bed for twenty four seven" he express
"So you want me to lie down with you?" I mock.
"Yes" his lips curve into a big smile.
"Jerk" I hit him playfully.

"Okay so I will stand here and will just help you with ingredients" he states.
I nod.
"Pass me fennel seeds" I instruct.
"Here you go captain" he passes me the seeds. "Fresh turmeric" I order.
"This" He passes me. "It is ginger stupid" I yell. "But they both look same" he defends.
"turmeric is yellow, its ginger" I say, "Anyway I need ginger too" I grab it from his hands. He roll his eyes.
"You can go if you want to" I say.
"No! So that you can mix poison." He mocks. I roll my eyes.

"Okay here is your herbal tea" I say as I squeeze a lemon in tea.
"Thank you." He says faintly.
"Now drink it" I say. He sighs. He takes the cup from my hand to drink it.
"Wait." He stops,"Ouch!" He says passing me the cup back.
"What happen now?" I ask.
"I have a terrible stomach ache, I can't drink it" he hold his stomach tightly.

"It works for stomach too" I mock.
"Okay my bad" He says coming back to normal mode.
"Gulp it down c'mon" I order and within seconds he gulps it down.

"Actually it was not that bad, what I expected it to be" he says wiping off the mouth with the back of his hands.

"I am getting better, that tea was really magical." He says coming out of bathroom. I turn to look at him.

"Geez! Cover yourself" I yell covering my eyes. He was just wearing a towel around his waist.

"You can open your eyes" he said covering himself. I slowly open my eyes, he was wearing a black V neck and grey pyjamas. Though he was wearing casual clothes still the clothes suited him.

This week was swift, only thing bothering me was that girl and Cruz being ignoring my question.

She turns out to be an intellegent person but still a bitch in front of me.
Whenever I ask Cruz how he knows her, he always ignore it by saying Blake don't be jealous.

I was passing the school corridor along with Emma. She is the girl always by my side, when no one is.
"Hey what about that crowd there?" She elbowed me.

There was a huge crowd around the school notice board. "I don't know, lets see." We both make our way through the Crowd. There is a huge poster pinned on the notice board which reads P-R-O-M, in bold blue letters. I read the notice written in beautiful golden cursive letters:

"If you can't be the
prom queen.
Be at least the
dancing queen.
Young, sweet and only 17.

It is one of those
strange and magical nights
where you are never quite sure
what is going to happen.
So boys and girls, find your
Hermione and Cedric
Because its
Yule Ball this time!!!"

"Wow, Yule Ball" Emma shouted in my ear. Emma is a huge potterhead, always drooling over Cedric Diggory.
"Calm down Emma" I chuckled as we make our way out of the crowd.

"This gonna be exciting." I nod.
"You already have a date, but what about me? What if no one asks me?"
Emma panics. She often gets anxiety attacks at mere thing.

"My date?" I frown.
"C'mon you have Cruz" she said.
"Ohh no girl! I don't even know if he will ask me for the prom, its just like ..
..Uhm, we are just fri-ends" I uttered.
"Blake...C'mon everyone know's it, he will surely ask you" she bluntly states as if it's a scientific fact.

"Hmm lets see." I say. Well, need to make sure Cruz needs that notice too.
"Anyway when is the Prom?" The sudden question pop's in the back of my brain.

"The Student Council yet have to announce the date, time and place.....to my knowledge, they will reveal it by the tomorrow." She says.

"Girl, I urgently have to go to restroom, will see you in the cafeteria.
Ps: book my seat" she says jumping.
"Haha, don't worry" I grin has she hops away.

I start walk towards the cafeteria, when something catches my attention.
Its Cruz. I wave at him trying to grab his attention but he just moves past me, as if he did not notice me.
I turn back to look back where he is heading.

And then I see her, Abby. Cruz grins broadly as he see's her. My jaw drops as she ducks her head under his arm. They both head towards the opposite direction.

My stomach churns, it feels like he is betraying me. But why am I feeling bad? Is it jealousy?
He has complete right to do anything, he doesn't need my permission because we are just friends, are'nt we? I shake my head to get rid of all these thoughts and turn back towards the cafeteria.

'Blake keep calm, Cruz is just a friend' I say it for the hundredth time, just to reassure myself.
I take a seat in the cafeteria and place my bag on the other to book that seat, for Emma. Soon she come's chirping and slides down next to me.

"You know whom I just saw?" She says wiggling her brows
"Who?" I ask, my mind still occupied with those thoughts.
"Cruz" she exclaims excitingly.

"Oh" I dully say with a nod, as I busy myself taking dirt out of my nails.
"Geez, I thought you would be excited to know what he was doing."
"What was he doing?" I ask with lack of interest.

Of course, I know what he would be doing. He would be walking hand in hand with that Abby, whom he consider more important than me.

"He was trying to play soccer." She chuckles. He really sucks at soccer.
"Hmm" I reply, "Blake you are so lucky. Dayum! He is cute, I still remember that day when we gave you a dare to flirt with him" she laughs.

"Your brother is trying too hard to make him play the sport despite that lad really sucks at the game" she says.
"What! Are you serious?" I asked with shock.

"Yeah, that's what I was expecting you to react like. I bet you would have died laughing, if only you saw that epic Cruz's fall." She laughs.

"You are not getting me, I am asking that....By Your Brother, you mean Brook, right?" I asked. She nods.
"Darn, you know Brook is not allowed to play soccer. Shit! I have to go now" I say grabbing my bag as I storm out of the cafeteria.
