"Yes Joan beautiful , lean more" The photographer said and this was my last outfit of the day. I posed a lot and just focus to the camera
"That's a wrap! Thankyou" He wrapped everything up and I'm done. I walked to the changing room and changed into my comfortable clothes. I thanked all the crew and staff today and walked out from the set
I smiled widely when I saw Nate leaning to his car looking at me. I ran to him and crashed him with a hug.
"How's your flight?" I asked
"Good , I miss you" He gave me a peck on the lips
"Miss you too , looking so good today" I looked at him and he dressed really nice today after a long flight. He usually wear comfortable clothes but today he's wearing a white shirt with black leather jacket and black jeans
"Thanks , let's have dinner. Up for cheesy steak today?" He asked and I can't help but squealed
"Yes yes!" I said and he opened the car door for me. I got inside and he walked into his side
"We're going to London next week Nate. Have you book your flight yet?" I asked since he's not in New York to continue his flight to London
"Of course love , I've done it. Be there at 8 at night though"
"Good , if not I will kill you! I don't want to go to their wedding without any partners while everyone has their own" I said sadly and he chuckled
"Don't worry I'll be there"
"You have too because if you're not I'm going to fine a hot guy to company me" I smirked and he looked at me coldly
"It won't happen Joan , it's impossible" He said in a really confident tone
"And why is that?"
"You're mine , everyone knows you're mine. If someone dares to touch , talk-"
"I get it Nate geez , I was joking" I chuckled because he's too damn serious
"I can't believe Daniel will get married to a princess , that's insane" I still mind blow about that fact
"His love for her are crazy" I added
"Why? That crazy?"
"Yeah , we kidnapped her Nate. I told you.. He faced the King himself and just.. wow" I'm damn speechless
"My love for you is bigger" He stated and I turned to him
"I have a cocky boyfriend"
"Hey.. that's the truth" He glanced at me and I just chuckled. We arrived at the building where the restaurant is. The restaurant is at the 20th floor and it has a beautiful view of New York. Not only the view but the view is damn amazing. It's my favorite place to eat
Me and Nate walked to the lift and pressed 20th floor. Nate held my waist tightly and he just kept being clingy
We walked out from the lift and walked to the restaurant but suddenly black out. The lights were out and Nate slipped away from me
"Nate.. Nate!" I called and I swore there were no lights. We're completely blind. I took out my phone and before I can use the flashlight. There's a small light and I followed it.
"Nate.." I called
"Nate this isn't funny , you know I hate things like this" I said quite loud for him to hear. I gasped when I saw 'Marry Me?' words were made out of wood with lights inside it so it light out beautifully
I walked there to see the beautiful lights closely when suddenly Nate walked out with a black suit. He smiled at me and looked at me with so much love. He brought a flower in his hand
"Did I scare you?" He asked as he stood in front of me
"You know I hate horror movies and you made the situation like this" I hissed and he chuckled
"Joan.."
"Hmm?"
"Thankyou for giving me the happiest 3 years of my life. Thankyou for filling everysingle corner of my life for the pass 3 years. I love you so much that I will do anything for you and make you happy" He started to say
"You teached me a lot of things and just healed my scar from the past. Thankyou so much for everything and the fact that you took a bullet for me back then. I was supposed to be the one who took the bullet for you not you"
"So Joan Cesborn.. I hate going around and around saying these kinda thing. You know I'm not that good at it" He said scratching the back of his head nervously. I knew too much.. I chuckled seeing him nervous and just not himself
He gave the flower to me and he kneeled on the ground taking out a small white box from his suit pocket. He opened it in front of me. The emotional Joan was back. My eyes started to fill with tears and he asked
"Joan Cesborn.. Will you marry me? I might not be the best husband in the world but I will try to do my best to make you happy. I will do anything for you , I will come when you say you miss me even though I'm in Antartica , I will make sure you have your favorite jasmine tea everysingle morning , I will make sure to take you to your favorite dessert place and just everything. I love you so much Joan , I want to make you mine forever. Be my girl? No no.. I mean be my wife?" He asked sweetly even though he suttered in the end
"Yes , I'll marry you!" I said and he hugged me immediately. The lights suddenly turned on and my family and friends surprised me
"I love you so much" I looked up to him and he smiled
"I love you too.. So so much" He crashed his lips to mine
"I hate this feeling" I heard my dad said and I turned to him chuckling. Mom comforting him and he got tease by his friends
"Welcome to the club dude" My twin hugged him and the girls attacked me by congratulationing me
I'm officially engaged to Nathaniel Bryant and I'm a future Mrs. Bryant
