You wake up
You know it is time to go,
The sad thing is you're not ready
You're fleeting, you're morose
You peer back, looking up at me;
Looking at the past,
Looking back at me,
Cherishing the final time, the last time,
You'll see of me.
You don't have a choice;
It pains me to hear your voice,
You have to go before it's too late,
Before you change your mind,
So just leave.
It's better for both of us,
For me.
"Why are you still here?"
You have to go
My patience is wearing thin,
And time is just moving so slow
"Please just leave"
Don't look back.
Just leave,
And never come back again.
