Chapter 15
Ruined Chances
It’s been three months since I’ve been staying at the boys’ house , things between me and Harry could get awkward sometimes , but now I’m sure that I’m in love with him . today I decided to cook something special to the boys so I decided to go to the market with Niall
“I’ll get chips do you want some?” Niall asked
“No thanks Niall, but I guess we should go” I said but something on the television took my attention
‘THE FAMOUS HARRY STYLES WAS SPOTED KISSING HIS EX-GIRLFRIEND MADIE , IS HADIE BACK? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MYSTREY GIRL ? NOBODY KNOWS’ the news man said
I felt a tear rolling down my cheek so I looked at the ground so Niall won’t see me but he obviously did , I felt his arms around me
“Let’s go” he said , I went with him without taking the things we wanted to buy , the car ride went silent and Niall didn’t try to start a conversation , how could I be so fool? He just liked me as he said and he felt that I didn’t like him back , I just fell in love with him
“Demi, we’re here” Niall said pulling me out of my thoughts
“I have to go to the studio , Liam texted me” he said , I nodded and faked a smile to him and went out of the car , as soon as I entered the house I found Harry standing in front of me , his eyes were puffy was he crying? I tried to pass him but he grabbed my arm gently
“I can explain” he said
“Explain what ?” I huffed pretending like I don’t care, but I do care
“What you saw on the T.V” He said
“What are you talking about?” I asked
“I know you’ve seen it Niall texted me” he said , Oh great thanks Niall *Note the sarcasm*
“I don’t have anything to do with that it’s your life not mine” I said
“It’s the same thing , she came to me and kissed me in front of the rest of the boys if you don’t believe me you can ask them , I tried to push her and I did , but she said that she won’t let us have a happy day and left , I swear that’s what happened” he said tears streaming down his face , I couldn’t help my tears either , I felt them down my cheeks as I stared at him trying to figure out what should I say , should I believe him? Before I could say anything I heard knock on the door , I sniffed and went to open and it was Madie , Oh well
“Hey sweetie” she said pushing me out of her way
“What are you doing here” Harry asked her
“I promised that I won’t let you live a good day with that bitch and I can’t break my promise ,babe” she said
“Don’t call her that , the only whore here is you and don’t ‘babe’ me” Harry said harshly
He grabbed her hand and dragged her out but She got a gun from her pocket and hit Harry with it’s bottom in his head , Harry fell on the floor unconscious “HARRY” I screamed
“Shh , don’t scream honey save it till I shoot you” she said
“What do you want?” I asked
“Your death, I was about to get Harry and have all the fame and money I want, I was about to leave my Starbucks job and live a good life but you came and ruined my chances, Yes I tried to shoot you at your pretty little date but I failed, this time I won’t fail” she said loading her gun , my eyes widened , what should I do ?
Suddenly Harry grabbed her leg causing her to fall and but she pulled the trigger and the gun shoot the wall right beside me , I started to panic even more I got my phone quickly and called the cops
“They’re coming” I said trying to control myself
“She fainted” He said , the cops didn’t take so long to come , they took her while she was trying to wake up
“Shh ,babe it’s okay now” Harry said hugging me
“Harry you need to go the hospital” I said still shaking
“No, I’ll be fine” he said “Please” I pleaded him
“Fine” he said , we went to the car and headed to the hospital
“it’s not a hard hit ,I guess the one who hit you wasn’t strong enough to cause you a coma” the doctor said
“I told you I’m okay” he said , I nodded and gave him a small smile
“Miss Watson . Mr. Styles , we need you in the detective office so you can give your testimony” a man came and said.
After that Harry took me home , the whole ride home I imagined Harry telling me he loves me and kissing me , I sighted mentally pushing away those thoughts
“Here we are” Harry said
“Go have a rest and I’ll go to the studio to tell the boys about what happened” he said , I nodded and went out of the car
Harry’s P.O.V
I went to the boys in the studio to tell them about what happened , they went there to give me a space to talk with Demi
“What happened Harry? What’s that” Louis said pointing towards the T.V screen as soon as I entered the room "Did Madie shoot Demi? is she okay?"
“Calm down , I’ll explain” I said "After I went home and talked to Demi, Madie showed up and knocked me out, she was about to shoot Demi, I grabbed her, the bullet hit the wall and I knocked her out that's all, the media is overreacting" I explained
“That girl is a psycho” Liam said
“Mate, that was a great chance to tell her that you love her” Zayn said
“Zayn’s right” Liam said
“I don’t think that she feel the same guys” I said
Liam’s P.O.V
“I don’t think she feel the same guys” Harry said and left . No, Harry can’t lose the love of his life he will be miserable
“Guys, Listen to me , I have a plan”
After I told them the plan
“Are you sure about that?” Louis asked
“Nope, but I hope it goes well” I said
