Author's Note: This is my actual dream in it's entirety; no joke. Sorry if it is short but.. I want to keep it honest. That's the whole reason I wrote this story, so I could reference back to it. Enjoy, my select group of loyal readers. I heart you all!

I walked in his large bedroom, my hands clenched in nervous, sweaty fists. I wanted to know what he wanted from me. Would I be safe? Probably... But still, my mind was racing, my throat felt like a chicken bone was shoved down there, and my stomach... boy, my stomach.

Alex smiled, motioning me with one finger to a thick, expensive leather couch, where he sat. Timidly, I walked over and sat down, having to mentally tell myself to cross my legs like a churchlady does. I at least wanted to represent my family in a good light; I quickly emptied my mind of that thought. I missed them too, too much.

" You look nice," he smiled, looking me over with a satisfactory grin. His voice was shy. Was he nervous like me? No, he couldn't be.. I'm just me... normal. Awkward. Small Town Girl. It's not like anyone had ever noticed me before.

I looked into his breathtaking eyes, getting lost for a second. He was so intimidatingly handsome, I could literally feel my heart bursting into a sprint. It was a surprisingly good feeling. The closest I have ever gotten to it was when my horse, Tobey, gave birth to her colt.

" Why did you want me?" I asked, my voice unsteady with nervousness. Crap. I shouldn't have been so direct. That always got me in trouble, my tongue of knives.

He chuckled, taking my sweaty hand in his perfectly cool one. " Because I can only imagine what you are going through at the moment; Frankly, I don't understand how your so calm right now."

Me. Calm, right now. Yeah, right.

" Your very interesting, you know. Your will of instinct... When Aggie was taken, you screamed for her in your sleep," he said, his eyes focused on me, as though I were the greatest thing since sliced bread.

" I did?" I asked, tilting my head to the side. " I have never really talked in my sleep before... It's kind of cool," I giggled, despite the circumstance. He looked at me as though I were insane, and then laughed along with me, cupping my heart shaped face in his hands.

" I promise, not to abandon you, ever. I'll make sure safe. And you may hate me, but let your "hatred grow". I know you like me," he smirked, winking.

I couldn't help but laugh as I nudged him playfully.

We could have been staring into each other's eyes for the whole night; That's all I could remember.

I felt strangely giddy, sitting on my bed in my nightgown drinking the most delicious hot chocolate anyone has ever had anywhere. Carmen was getting good with all these cooking shows.

" Mmm, thought I smelled something good," Levi winked, walking in with Eve who with just as much excitement as me, climbed in the bed next to me. She wrapped an arm around me, her face oozing with pride, and curiousity, at that. I could tell she wanted something to happen between us. Or, maybe she was happy that I was content for a little while here, for once.

" You know, I'm feeling quite generous today. You can feed on me all night. I need to sleep, really." I said, winking at him. Eve pouted. She obviously wanted to spend the rest of the night talking details and such. But that was private. A memory only I needed to savor for now.

Levi grinned, sitting down on the velvet couch, putting his hands behind his head as he leaned back. I began to feel tired, then I couldn't move. It was the most peaceful I had ever felt in my entire life.

And then, all night, I dreamed of only him, in all of his magnificent glory.

I dreamt of Alex.
