Sometimes we miss the ones we shouldn't
Sometimes we blame the ones we shouldn't
Sometimes we confuse emotions just to justify actions
Sometimes like right now i do not know what to do.
I have so much to say but my words have been wasted
It's like trying to switch peace for disharmony
And the one who was supportive
Has run wild and loose
Leaving me in a mood.
A long time it has been
Since the clouds last looked like they belonged in the sky
A long time since the click of a pen
Or even the move of a key.
Why does the waterfall look so beautiful
Yet so deep?
As if those were not enough
There are bulges at the bottom to collect blood
And the water to make it seem like nothing happened.
The rock tries so hard to crack open
To release its contents into the stream
But something blocks it
Yeah, that's pain, betrayal and whatever name you want to fill in.
