Sometimes we are too humble to acknowledge our own accomplishments. Therefore, we don't get the credit and recognition we deserve when we do a stellar job. Sometimes someone steps up and announces our achievement, we soak it all in, but we should learn to be more up front about letting others know what we are good at. Doing so not only brings a great sense of fulfillment; it also gives us inspiration and lets others know of our talents, which could lead to additional opportunities. Don't be afraid of the spotlight, especially if it is well deserved.
