oh sky, did you cry
when the walls began to fall?oh river, do you shiver
at life's everlasting passing?the earth crumbled with a rumble
while our eyes were on the skiesif this had been my home
could i not be left alone?star beams are cold
with life gone oldtheir light only lasts
when seen in the pasti sense my life is passing
as i feel my world collapsingso he takes me by the hand
shows me to a brighter landas my feet leave the ground
i touch the sky's boundsoh sky, did you cry
when the walls began to fall?oh river, do you shiver
at life's everlasting passing?
