We didn't know each other but you confided in me that you were starving, so i gave you the sandwich i didn't finish from lunch. You were hesitant to accept it but when your stomach growled loudly causing your cheeks to flush and for me to laugh, you accepted the sandwich almost swallowing it whole.  You walked me home, despite just meeting you, I wanted to hold your hand. Maybe that's what made us special, we just had this instant connection, like we had known each other for a hundred years. Don't you think?
