"That was a great movie" John said with a smile as we walked out to our cars.
Our cars were side by side and he stood in front of me.
I looked up at him.
"Yes, it was. I had a great time." I smiled up at him.
"Me too."
"Will I see you tomorrow?" I asked.
"Yes, you just might." he responded with a weird edge to his voice.
He came closer, the static radiated through our bodies. I felt it, did he feel it too? I had no idea but I stopped wondering when he leaned in for a kiss that I never got.
