Dylan Thomas once said,
"I hold a beast, an angel, and a madman in me, and my enquiry is as to their working, and their problems is their subjugation and their victory, down throw and upheaval, and my effort is their self-expression."
During the time of this story's conception, I had plunged into his works almost obsessively. It has been years since this story first began, so it's strange to see where I had turned to for inspiration.
In the manner in which he intended his words to be interpreted, they are beautiful in a manic, existential, sort of way. In a manner in which I'm sure he did not intend, his words can cast a supernatural shadow that many abominations can flourish in...
