I ran over and he was twitching “what’s going on?” I asked
“he’s having a seizure” she said
“HELP!?” I yelled nurses came over and put him in a stretcher his mom sat down and began to cry
“hey he’ll be fine”
“I know” she said I hugged her
“has this happened before?” she nodded
“ALRIGHT VISITING TIME IS OVER” the intercom said she gave me a hug
“call me when he wakes up” she said handing me a small piece of paper
“I promise” she left

his eyes shot open and he was about to sit up but the straps on the bed stopped him I looked down at him “hi” I smiled he furrowed his eyebrows
“wheres my mom?”
“she left”
“Why?” he asked
“she had to Jasper”
“B-b-but I need her”
“Jasper calm down”I said
“LET ME OUT I NEED TO SEE MY MOM!!!” he shouted he got his hand out I just looked at him he got himself free.
I looked out the window and there was blood all over the ground. There was a knock at the door
“Ashlyn”A man said
“ya” I said the man walked in he was medium size with big muscles tattoos he was bald with brown eyes he had a black shirt and jeans on
“Theres someone here who wants to see you”he said my heart began to quicken I followed the man we went to the visiting room my palms were sweaty my heart was racing and I had butterflies in my stomach.I walked in and there I saw standing right in front of me were my grandparents I engulfed them in a hug they both hugged me back. I let go and behind them I saw my old boyfriend I looked at him
“Ashlyn” he smiled
“hey carts” I heard the door slam open and I heard screaming and crying “LET ME GO I DON'T DESERVE THIS HELP SOMEONE!!” they screamed I ran over and saw Jasper crying
“what’s going on?” I asked
“were sending him the the padded cell”
“Jas..listen to me” he looked at me I closed my eyes and pressed my lips against his cheek
“it’ll be ok..you’ll only be in there for a week ok”
“OK” he said the dragged him towards the cell I walked over to my family I smiled we sat down
“how have you been gran-”
“how long have you been writing those letters Ashlyn?” my grandpa asked
“ever since i’ve been here why?”
“Ashlyn are you ok?” he asked
“i'm fine there's been a couple of problems but other than that i’ve been having a normal day I go see the doctor,I have lunch,I go outside on some days,and we do activities ya know stuff like that but Gran gran and pa I promise you i’ll be out when i'm 24 I promise they told me and I’ll tell you I promise you ok” I said grabbing their hands
“I hope sweetpea” my grandma smiled
“will you visit me everyday?”
“we promise”
“Carts?” I looked next to me he hugged me
“i’ll come too..I promise”
“OK good you're all I have” I looked at the three of them
“TIME!” we stood up and I went go hug them when i got lifted off the ground I struggled out of his grip and ran to hug them
“I love you” I whispered
“we love you too” they said kissing my head my grandma handed me her necklace
“we’ll be back tomorrow” carter said
I got back in my room I pulled two necklaces out of my pocket one was a plain pearl necklace and the other was a heart locket with pictures of my parents and my grandparents inside.I smiled and put it on.
“ASHLYN!” Jasper shouted barging in my room breathless and covered in blood
“what happened” I said
“I got out” he smiled
“how?”
“I killed them the guards” he said I looked at him when we heard footsteps I sat on the bed the footsteps passed he looked at me
“lets leave...tonight”
“umm...we can try” I said he nodded and smiled.
