Dean

You and Dean had been taking a walk in the park when he spotted your ex. The stroll had been pleasant so far, but when Dean clicked his tongue to grab your attention and motioned over to the familiar figure, you wanted to leave immediately. Your relationship with your ex had been unpleasant; it was toxic, and that had been something you were too afraid to address. Then, you had meet Dean in some run down bar where you regularly escaped to to drink away the troubles. Once you and Dean started talking, he convinced you to end the terrible relationship ( after giving you his number, just incase you needed any 'help' ) and the rest was history.

Seeing your ex again sent chills down your spine. You had spent so long trying to avoid them. Dean sensed your wordless uneasiness, so he gripped your hand a little tighter and tried his best to block you from your ex's view. It seemed to work, because you didn't make eye contact once.

But, Dean did. When Dean and your ex's eyes met, he fixed his face with the darkest scowl he could muster and sent a clear message your ex couldn't ignore.

Seth

You had spotted your ex the moment you entered the restaurant, but if Seth had taught you anything, it was self confidence. You knew you were better than your ex in every way, so you didn't mind it when their eyes lingered on you and Seth as you made your way to your table.

The beginning of your meal was quiet and perfect. You had put your ex out of mind and enjoyed the whole dinner - that is, until your ex had worked up the courage to come and talk to you.

"Y/N," your ex fumbled as they approached the end of the table. Seth broke his happy gaze from you to address the stranger, raising a brow at his tone. "I just wanted to come say that-" he began, but you held up a finger to cut him off.

"I don't care what you have to say, I just want you to leave. Seth and I are having dinner, and if I wanted to speak to you, I would have approached you," you shut them down, a powerful smirk toying with your lips. You watched with utter happiness as your ex stumbled away, stunned and embarrassed.

"That was brilliant," Seth complemented in awe, raising his glass in a toast that you immediately accepted.

Roman

Unlike most people, you and your ex didn't have a bad breakup. You had been forced to split due to working reasons, but there was still a lot of love and friendliness between the two of you. So, when you saw your ex at the gym, you couldn't resist the urge to introduce Roman.

"Y/E/N," you called out to them, dragging Roman along by the wrist. To your delight, they turned around and smiled at you, even offering you a warm hug as a greeting - one that you accepted, much to Roman's chagrin.

"This is my boyfriend, Roman," you introduced, looking on proudly as your ex stuck out a hand to shake, and Roman accepted it in an attempt to be civil. Roman offered a grim smile and pulled you into his side, leaving his hand in clear line of view for your ex to see.

The three of you stood and talked for a few more minutes before you figured it was time to do what you came to do - work out. You and Roman both waved goodbye before hopping onto your treadmills and getting to work. You picked out your music, but Roman reached out and lightly grabbed your wrist before you put your headphones on.

"You're mine, right?" He asked for reassurance, still troubled over how friendly you were towards the person you weren't supposed to like.

"Always, Ro...Always."
