Mystic Falls.
Sounds a bit random for a towns name, but who doesn't like quirky and crazy towns.
A new town, after living in that shabby orphanage for the past 17 years of my life anything remotely different or new would be fantastic.
Stepping out of my 2nd hand blue VW beetle 1974, taking 5 years of hard work to own, I took my first glance at my home town.
Trees. Pavement. Towns folk. Bar. Normality.
Huh, I could work with this. A stable, normal life.
Maybe I wouldn't be getting a College degree, I didn't have the cash for that, but I would have some mainstream normality, that's all I really needed. A job, a family, firm group of friends.
This was a town where you could get to know your neighbours, grow up with the same families your great grand parents did.
A place that lived and breathed small, ordinary Virginia town.
Just what I needed.
I was found in this town as a new born, so I figure where better to live my life than where I started that life out.
