Chapter 4

Grayson's POV

Lilly and I fell asleep, laying across our bed, I slowly get up without waking her up, and put a blanket on her

I grabbed my jacket, and head out, I walked back to my mom's house

I felt my phone vibrant a couple of times, its was probably just Lilly seeing where I am

I reach the porch, and I knock on the door, I waited for someone to open the door, I grow impatient and bang on the door

Ethan opened the door "Hey Man" he says

I push pass him "Where is he?" I asked

"Who?" He asked closing the door

"David" I say really angry

"I think he's in the study, why?" He asked

I ran down the hall and burst into the study, David looked up at me, I tense my jaw

"What are you doing here?" He asked standing up

"How dare you, leave a fucking voicemail message to your daughter telling if she abort our baby." I say pointing my finger in his face

"She's my daughter, and I want the best for her" he says his voice boom in the room

"Wanting the best for her, is helping her through this, you kicked her out" I say

"I love Lilly very much, so I'm not going to punch you in the face, even though i really really want to" I say

I was going to drop it and walk away until he talked again

"You guys don't know the first thing about taking care of a child, you guys are children yourself" he spoke

"I believe when you had, Jack you were around the same age as us, we are going to raise and care and love this baby, its going to be a challenge, but we'll get there" I say

He was silence

I walked out the study, and out the house, I walked down the street until I got tired

Lilly's POV

A half a hour ago, I woke from a nap with the worst stomachache, I threw up a couple times

But I couldn't find Grayson, anywhere, I've tried calling him and texting but he hasn't answer either of them

We already had dinner, now I'm laying on our bed, scaring at my phone waiting for something to happen

Our bedroom door opened and Grayson walked in, he closed the door behind him, I sit up on my knees

"I got you some chocolate ice cream" he says handing me a brown paper bag

"Where were you?" I asked as he sat down on the bed, taking off his shoes

"I had to take care of some business" he says

"What kind of business" I asked furrowing my eyebrows

"Just business" he sighed

"Grayson, tell me the truth!" I say

"I uh went to go talk to your dad" he says looking down

"About what?" I asked

"Him asking you to abort the baby" he says

"Grayson" I sighed

"Listen, I didn't do anything that'll I'll regret, I just told him that he shouldn't have told you that" he says

"Why did it take you so long to come home" I asked

"I wanted to walk around for a while, I wanted to cool down before I came back home" he says

"You really had me worried" I say looking down

"I know and I'm sorry, I just needed time to think" he says rubbing my knee

"Did you change your mind, about staying with me and the baby" I asked

"No, of course not, I will never leave you" he stroked my cheek

I smiled , he pecked my lips

"And especially you" he kissed my stomach which made me laugh

I pull him into a hug, while rubbing his temples

"So when's your appointment?" He asked

"At 11:05" I say

"So lunch" he says

"Yeah" I giggled
