I'm feeling much better now adam has been here with me for the past couple days making sure I didn't hurt myself but its whatever
"Kahlani do you know where my shoes are" adam said looking around
"You talking about those shoes right there beside the door" I said pointing at them
"I did not see that" he chuckled putting his shoes on grabbing his keys
" where are you going though" I said
" I need to go get my nephew you dont mind if he come here right" he said
" No, you can bring him over here " I said
" alright i'll be back in around 30 minutes or sum like that" he said
I nodded and he made his way out closing and locking the door
my phone started ringing and treys picture flashed across the screen
I picked it up answering and he started laughing
"What you laughing for" I said
" I'm laughing cuz you picked up so fast" he said as people talked in the background
"What do you want trey you always calling me" I said
"You got anything to drink at yo house" he said
"Nopeee you not coming over here and taking no groceries go buy your own" I said
"Damn I buy you a house and a car and a nigga can't even get some sodas wowwwwe I see how it is" he said
"Trey bring yo ass over here and get some sodas damn" I said huffing
"Thank you baby sis that's all I wanted I'll see you in a couple minutes" he said hanging up
I got up going in my room turning on the TV to spongebob
I watched spongebob for a good 5 minutes before I heard my door open and voices boomed threw my house
I got out of the bed walking into the living room to trey and all his friends sitting on my couch
"Trey you said you was coming to get some sodas" I said
The door opened and adam walked in without his nephew
"I didn't know yo sister had a boyfriend ain't this the little nigga that she met at school" August said
"She not my girlfriend" he said
"I forgot you couldn't pull a black girl my bad" august said
"Man he a little kid don't pay him not mind he think he hard cuz he a little boxer watc-
"Trey get yo friends and get out" I said
"Sis chill we just gonna watch the game" trey said
"Just go watch it at your house" I said
"Come on kahlani" kirko said walking over to me
"You already know what gonna happen if you touch her so I wouldn't if I were you" trey said standing up
They all left and I grabbed Adams hand
"You alright" I said
"Yeah I'm fine" he said
I let his hand go and it was an awkward silence
" where's your nephew" I said
" my brother decided not to let him come with me" he said
"That's means were all alone" I said plopping down on my couch
"I guess so" he said smiling
