"Miah you like these.?" I pointed towards the Pink & Blue KD's.
"Yea, they'll look nice on you." He said.
"Jeremiah! Jeremiah Young!?" We heard a voice say from behind us.
We both turned around & there was this pretty girl standing there. We was about 5'6 , had curly brown hair, brownskin & had a nice figure.
"Kelsey !" Jeremiah said hugging her.
He introduced us & they walked around the mall talking & catching up. I wasn't mad, cause they apparently haven't seen each other since 4th grade.
"Hey you need help with this?" The clerk asked smiling.
He was about 6'1 , light skin with a curly fade, nice smile and had a body on him! I could tell through his uniform.
"Umm yea." I said smiling back.
"What size?" He asked.
His name tag read: Jacob.
"A 7 1/2 is good." I said.
After looking around for about 5 minutes, he came back.
"Here you go.... " He trailed off.
"Tayah." I said.
"Nice name. My names Jacob." He said smiling.
"Hmm, I'm gone call you Jake." I said trying on the shoe.
"Oh so you gone call me.?" He said.
I laughed & stood up.
"You like em" I said looking in the shoe mirror.
"Umhmm." He said.
I turned around & seen him looking at me instead of the shoe mirror.
"Jake!" I said snapping him outta his gaze.
"Oh yea. Those look good on ya foot ma." He said.
"Thanks." I said paying for them.
I would've took them off but they matched perfect with my outfit.
"I'm on break, you wanna chill." Jacob asked.
"Sure." I said & we headed out of the Footlocker.
"So you from here?" He asked.
"Nah, I'm from VA. But I live here now. " I said.
"Well that's good. Now I won't have to leave you alone." He said.
"Who said I even wanted to mess with you." I said.
"Oh you got jokes.?" He asked laughing a lil.
"Nah I'm for real tho." I said.
"Well your eyes said it all. I saw you scanning me. " He said .
"Nah boo. That was you. I was asking you stuff & you was just staring at me." I said sitting down on the bench.
"Well I'm just gone say, you say you definitely ate that soul food in Virginia." He said.
"What you tryna say?" I said.
"You got that body from the south. The small waist & big booty. " He said.
I pushed him & started laughing.
"Aye I'm just saying." He said chuckling
"You sound just like my friend Chris." I said.
"Where you go to school at?" He asked.
