Prologue

"Why are you with me? I'm no good. I'm too dangerous for a good girl like you." He says as tears start to gather in his eyes.

"That's exactly why. I'm not me when I'm with you. I'm not boring old April, I'm different. I'm a better me when I'm with you." I say as I tuck a piece of his copper hair behind his ear and kiss his soft cheek.

We lay on the ground looking at the stars, holding each other tightly, for we did not know when the next time we'd see each other.

We were silent. It wasn't an awkward silence, It was rather comfortable. We didn't have to speak to make things better. Just being in presence of each other was all we needed.

"Love me til the end, April." I heard him say in his deep whispery voice.

And that's when I knew I would be in love with Axl Rose forever. Even if it was bad for me, I liked it, and I didn't want anything more than to spend forever in his arms.
