Chapter 11

~ Chapter 11 ~

Dimitri's POV

I walked through the entire court and I still hadn't found Rose.

I wonder where she is...

I stopped by Christian and Lissa's apartment and asked them if they had seen her. They both said that they hadn't and told me to ask Adrian. I nodded and walked off to the direction of his room.

When I got to his room, I knocked on the door and waited for him to answer.

But he didn't.

After knocking a few more times and nobody answering, I opened the door, it wasn't locked. I looked around and saw he wasn't there.

I heaved a heavy sigh and continued to look for Rose.

~ A day or two later ~

Rose's POV

I was laying in bed with Adrian next to me. I had brought him to a secluded house a few miles away from the court.

Adrian was playing with my hair, silently.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. I got up and answered it. There was a moroi girl standing before me.

She smiled a little and offered her neck. I licked my lips and sunk my fangs into her.

I drank her blood then pulled her into the room. I pulled my fangs out then offered her to Adrian.

He grinned and stood up. He went over to the girl and fed from her.

I laid back down on the bed and looked at the ceiling. The girl left after Adrian was done then he laid back down next to me.

He kissed my head and stroked my hair. "Hey Rose?"

"Yes?"

He got up and reached into his pocket. I raised an eyebrow and sat up.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

"Shhh... wait" He got down on one knee and looked at her, "Will you marry me Rose?"

My jaw dropped, "Are you freaking serious?!" he nodded. I kissed him and nodded.

"Yes. Yes. YES!"
