Where my feet take me is not safe.

Maya's POV:
I can't believe Riley just said that.
I can just feel my heart stop. All the emotions overflowed in my body but the most powerful emotion was anger. I can feel my face get heated and my fist clench. This is not the way it was suppose to go. But all the sudden my fists grew apart and  the heat went away. Then Out of the blue It felt like someone just punched me right in the chest. Now the only thing that was heating up was my eyes full of stuck tears. The only thing I wanted to do is run. Run to canada. Run to Japan....Run to another life. I Just needed run and never stop. Never look back. I really wanted to ask why Riley said that but I know the truth would sting more then what She just said so the only thing I could say was
"Goodbye riley"
and she immediately responded
"Goodbye maya"
I seriously needed to run now. I was expecting her to apologize or do anything else besides saying that.
I couldn't handle anymore words that are gonna come out her mouth so I ran for the door. I can feel time stop wen I was running. I didn't even know where I was going. I just let my feet guide me. By the time I stopped to catch my breath it felt like I DID run to Canada. But I just found my self in the park I "vandalized". I don't know why my feet brought me here but I just took a seat on the bench.

I used to come here everytime I was mad just to break something or fight Someone but I'm not like that anymore. Or atleast I hope so. I don't have Riley anymore. Whose gonna stop me from doing something? Then I realized I can't do anything Wrong bcuz I was the only one here. Most of the "bad people" come out at night. Or atleast I thought.

But suddenly This one buff guy emerged from the trees. He must of been watching me.
" I got to get out of here" I whispered to myself as I was standing up from the bench but b4 I could even take a step the man says
" where you think ur going maya?"
"How the hell do you know my name?" I asked
"Don't act like you forgot about me lill princess. It's me Jose. Im ur ex carters  best friend."
" ughh wen I dumped him I dumped his pussy ass friends too" I responded
"No lill bitch talks to me like that! Now get yo ass over here lill mama so I can give you a lill welcome back present" But instead of me moving he came close to me and grabbed my face
"U know you missed me baby. U always looked at me differently then carter. Don't you want to get in my pants"
That wasn't really a question but I made sure I answered it.
"Oh you got it all wrong my king. I looked at you differently bcuz I always knew there was nothing in ur pants. So get the fuck away from me."
To top it off I spit right into his eye to make sure he doesn't ever lay a hand on me again but that just made him more furious. He let go off my face for a split second to wipe off the saliva. But then his hand grabbed my face once again with all his force and kissed me. I tried to pull away But he just held on to me with all his strength. When he finally pulled away and let go of my face I saw his hand raise up and make its way down to my face. It was all so fast the only thing I could feel was my face turning red and my cheek stinging. Then I found myself face first on the ground. That slap felt like it came from A retired WWE wrestler. But Once I got up I yelled
"U BITCH!"
Then I pulled up my sleeve, clenched my right fist and knocked him down with a my strongest punch.
" if you ever come near me again I'll kil-" I started to say but I was interrupted by footsteps. When I turned around it was the same police officer that brought me to Riley's house that night
"What the hell is going on here!" He asked when he approached us.
B4 I could say anything Jose, whose still on the ground, says
" I just asked this lady if she needed directions cuz she seemed lost but then out of no where she just knocks me out!"
"No that's not true" I yelled as the police man just grabbed both of my hands and started to hand cuff me.
" listen lill missy, I gave you a fair warning to stay out of my park!!"
"But that's not even what happened! Why would you believe him not me!!" I asked
"Because I know this kid! He would never do anything bad. He's my step sisters son! Plus, you have done something like this b4, I saw it on ur record."
The more I tried to tell the truth the more he wouldn't listen. It's helpless. There's nothing else I could do to make him believe me. So I just got in the cop car without any kind of fight cuz I know if I did other wise I would be in more deep shit.
"We're going downtown missy, I'm pretty sure ur familiar with that place by now" he said as he was getting into the car.
"I'm not like that anymore! Now ur just mocking me" I said
"Oh honey why would I mock you? Spending a night or more in jail is punishment enough. Plus dealing with ur mom when she finds out is gonna be hell for you" he responded
