I'm just a rain cloud
Ready to burst and make a thunderstorm
To make thunder roll against the hills
To make lightning strike the highest tree
To make rain pound a tin roof
But...no
All I make is little rainstorms
No one likes my little rainstorms
They may be out of the blue,
Out of thin air, but I still think you should care
All I make is little rainstorms
Little rainstorms that the kids dance in
That the driver gets frustrated with
I'm just a little rain cloud with a dream
One day, I will be strong enough
Strong enough for my rainstorms
The thunder, lightning, oh so exciting
But for now I'm just a little rain cloud
