Justin's POV:

Its been a week since Max asked selena to be his girlfriend, me and selena haven't been talking since then.

"Why are you doing that?" Ryan asked, interrupting my thoughts.

"Doing what?" I asked.

"You're always zoning out. What are you thinking about?" He asked.

"That's none of your business." I said defensively.

"Probably about Selena, and how he was too scared to ask her to be his girlfriend so Max did it." Ryan said and Scott laughed.

"Shut up." I said and I went to Selena's locker.

She was talking to Max, of course.

"Look Max, I like somebody else. Every time I'm with you, I can't help but think of Justin. I'm sorry." She said and Max frowned.

"Okay, well it's obviously your choice. Goodbye, Selena." He said and left.

I walked over to her and she flinched when she saw me.

"You didn't hear any of that, right?" She asked worried.

"No, what were you guys talking about?" I lied.

"We broke up, cause I like another guy." She said and she looked nervous.

"Who?" I asked, trying not to sound like I heard their conversation.

"Some-somebody." She lied.

"What's their name? Please don't lie to me." I said, hoping she would confess.

"I'll tell you when I'm ready to." She said.

"Okay, fine." I said and walked to Math.

* after school *

"Mom, I'm home!" I yelled once I got inside.

I threw my backpack on the couch and went upstairs and jumped on top of my bed.

"Hey Justin, I think I'm ready to tell you." She said confidently.

"Tell me in a bit, I wanna watch a movie with you." I said.

"Okay, sure. What movie?" She asked.

"Star Wars. Come on, it'll be fun." I said and smiled at myself.

* at the movies *

"Tickets?" The worker asked.

I handed him the tickets and he let us in.

"Yay, im so excited." Selena said. She's so cute when she gets happy.

We sat down where the view was perfect.

When it was half an hour into the movie, it suddenly went black.

"Justin what's happening?" Selena asked.

The worker looked at me and winked.

I gave him a thumbs up and the screen turned into something else.

It was a pink screen, and there was words on it.

It said:

"Will you be my girlfriend?
- Justin"
