Why the hell did I just help Ashton get the girl I most desperately want?

Nicki's POV
''Yeah sure, so when's the date?'' I said after thinking about it for a few seconds, ''Tomorrow during the day, wear casual clothes'' he said, I looked around and then up to Harry, I saw something in his eyes but it disappeared just as quick as it appeared, too quick for me to see what it was. I shrugged it off, ''I'm hungry'' I said, ''Nothing new there'' Harry mumbled, ''Will you take me out for food since you're like my bestest friend ever'' I asked hopefully.
''Sure, let's go'' he said as we walked out, ''Where are we going?'' I asked, ''How about Nandos?'' Harry asked, ''They have Nandos in Australia?'' I asked, ''Yeah, Ashton told us when we were in England that the Nandos here in Australia wasn't as good as the one in the UK, so yeah I'm assuming they do have one here'' he said, ''How are we supposed to get to it if we don't know where it is?'' I asked, ''Get in a taxi and tell them to take us to Nandos, simple as that'' he said as we hopped in a taxi and told the driver to take us to Nandos.
''$6.30'' the driver said, Harry handed him the money and got out with me following him, we went in and ordered our food. ''I realised something'' I began, ''Which is?'' Harry asked, ''I still have to kick your ass at Fifa'' I said, Harry laughed, ''Alright then, once we get back to the bus we'll get a game'' Harry said, I nodded as we continued eating.

''Those idiots have left us, every single one of them are away out for food'' I said reading the note, ''Come on, Fifa is waiting, I set it up and everything'' Harry said dragging me towards the TV. ''Are you sure you wanna do this Harry, you might hurt your far too big ego'' I said, ''Nah it's fine, I'm gonna beat you anyway'' he said, I chuckled as we began.
''5-3, NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH, I WIN'' I sang while dancing around, ''Ugh'' Harry said stomping away, I chuckled as I lay on the couch to watch the television.
''HONEYS I'M HOME'' Louis shouted, ''Hey Lou'' I said, ''Where's Harry?'' he asked, ''In the bunks'' I said, ''Why?'' he asked, ''I dunno, probably cause I bet him at Fifa'' I said laughing, ''You play Fifa?'' Ashton asked, ''Haha, no'' I said, ''Then how'd you beat him?'' he asked, ''I've played it before, I guess I'm alright at it and I bet him'' I stated, he nodded.
''So did you enjoy your food without me?'' I asked, ''Yeah, it was oddly quiet, even with Louis and Eleanor there'' Liam stated, ''What's that supposed to mean?'' El said laughing. ''That you and Lou are loud'' Liam said laughing, I chuckled, ''Hey El, can I talk you?'' I asked, ''Sure'' she said following me to the bunks, I looked around, Harry wasn't there anymore.
''So I have a date tomorrow'' I began, ''Ooooh, with Harry?'' she asked, ''Uh, no Ashton'' I said, ''Oh, awkward'' she said, laughing, I laughed, ''Yeah, I dunno what to wear'' I said, ''Come on, let's see what you've got'' she said, I nodded as we went through all my clothes.
''What exactly are you two doing?'' Harry asked laughing, ''Looking for something for me to wear for my date with Ashton'' I said, he nodded and walked away quickly, ''Somebody is unhappy'' I proclaimed, El nodding as we continued our search.
We finally decided on black leggings, that looked like jeans a little bit, a dark blue button up shirt and black wedge boots. ''This is beautiful, where'd you get the shirt from?'' El asked, ''Oh, I really don't know, somewhere online'' I said laughing slightly, El chuckled as we went back into the livng room. Sitting on the couch in front of me was Perrie Edwards. The girl who was in my favourite band.
''Am I seeing things or is Perrie Edwards sitting in front of me'' I said, ''Oh, you must be Nicki, I've heard so much about you'' she said laughing, I smiled as we hugged and everyone got into their own conversations.

''So,'' I began, as I walked beside Ashton, ''Where are we going?'' I asked, ''A carnival'' he said, I nodded. This isn't the same as usual dates, I prefer dates where I ask where we're going and the guy says it's a surprise, but oh well. ''Oh, I love carnivals'' I said, ''Me too, come on, it's just up ahead'' he said. I followed him towards the entrance while he paid us in and we went on the rides, our sunglasses almost falling off loads of times but we caught them.
''I had fun today Ash, thanks'' I said, ''Do I get another date then?'' he asked, I thought about it, do I really like Ashton like that? Like really, really? ''I dunno Ash, I just don't think I like you like that, I mean, I like you, really I do, but I'm not sure if I like you as more than a friend or brother or if I like you as a boyfriend. I'll think about it. Thank you for today though, I really did have fun'' I said, he smiled as we walked back in to the tour bus.
It was around 9 at night, ''I am so tired, I'm going to sleep, night guys'' I said as I walked towards my bunk, quickly changing into my pyjamas and hopping into my bunk. Not sleeping. But thinking. Thinking about whether or not I really like Ashton as a boyfriend or a friend/brother. Did I?
