I knew something was going to happen, I felt so anxious that They would find us. I felt as though smeone was following us, but I didn't want to alarm my sisters over something that might not even be true. I mean, seriously, we went all to the other side of the world, in a non descript place called Haven, in the United States, and even changed our names, and made sure that we didn't leave money trails anywhere, so why was I even feeling as our peaceful world was going to the disappear forever.

Shaking my thoughts, I crept down the hall, softly coming up behind Seraphne, the name she was born with, when she came into the Cage. Her long, wavy obsidian locks were every as she was sleeping on the couch, with one leg tucked neatly underneath her body. I silently stalked her, knowing that if she woke, the game would be over. I took out the pink hair dye and cautiously but quickly applied into her head without waking her. She was going to be pissed when she wakes up, I thought with, as I tip-toed out of the living room.

And sure enough, a few ours later, she pitched a fit when she woke up. I was standing guilty with my head held down as she yelled at me. I couldn't help but grin rather foolishly, when I saw her hair, which now totally made her look like a cute little anime character.

"Leona Nala Wildes, why in the world did you do this? I mean I can't go to work looking like this. My boss would fire me on the spot!"

With those words, I immediately felt chagrined, and lowered my head while mumbling "I noticed that you feeling depressed, I just wanted you to laugh a little, okay. I'm sorry, I won't do it again."

She laughed and hugged me, "Leona, it's not your responsibility to make people happy. I love you to much to really be angry at you anyway. Now let's go and see if we can my hair back it's original pigment, please."

As we went, we were accompanied by the others Marietta and Charlie, and they burst into laughter as they saw her pink dyed hair. As she glared at them, I couldn't help but giggle, a surprising thing I haven't done in a very long time. And they stared, for though I always them laugh, I have never laughed myself. I grinned, and we all started laughing. But, in the back of my mind, I couldn't help but think that something was going to go to happened to us all. And that dread feeling creeping upon me made me think that this change was not for the better.

A few hours later, I was in the middle of diagnosing a patient that had all the symptoms of AIDS, when the strangest sense of dread came upon me. I looked out of the window, and my spine tingled, and all of the back of my hair stood up. It made me want to run.

It was Them.
