The Bus Stop

"Stay"

As the two caught up,they learned to trust each other again. Marin had moved on but her feelings remained. Ely had broken up with Allie but she knew he still loved her.

But this was no fairytale and this chapter is over. This was the final stop of this journey. Ely had planned to Chicago,while Marin,New York City.

Marin ran up to the bus stop one last time. Her suitcase in her hand and her heart on her sleeve.

'I have to tell you something before you leave.' Ely said as he took a photograph out if his pocket.

'This is my dad,me,my older brother and my mom. My family was in a car accident when I was 5 and my brother was 10. Only me and my brother survived. This is the reason why I have a fear of cars...' Ely said as she handed the photo to Marin and held her hand.

'I want you to remember that I'm always your friend. No matter what happens,you can call me and I'll be there.' Ely said with a sad smile and held back his tears as Marin boarded the bus.

'Goodbye Ely. I will never forget you.' Marin whispered as she looked out the window to see Ely's final smile and wave.

The bus drove off and never came back ever again.
