3.That's Hot

Hours had passed and it was 9:00 in New Orleans. Matthew sat in his bed, listening to music, being bored. To cease this powering boredom, he pulled out his iPhone 3GS. 

"Anyone on?" He kik messaged.

Five minutes later he got a response. Haylea declared that she was so they chatted for a while.

Matthew: How are you?

Haylea:I"m good thanks.

Matthew sent a picture. It depicted his dogs walking by the side of a pool. The message read "I'm a better photographer than Yusuf! :p".

Haylea:Wow lol

Briee came on and quoted her regular catchphrase, "That's hot."

Matthew:Nice Briee!

Haylea:Haha I'm eating a popsicle! ;)

Briee:Nice Haylea, that's legit

Matthew:Briee! Go tell Meghan to get on!

The reason Matthew said that is because Meghan and Briee are friends in real life. But even if he didn't know these people completely, he still considered them friends. It was his kik family, or the kik clique as he called it.

Briee:Ok Matt!

Haylea:The popsicle is blue! :o

Matthew:Woah Haylea that is intense!

Meghan:Hi guys!

Briee:What you call a hill billy giraffe?

Matthew:Hi Megmeg!

Haylea:Hi!

Matthew:What Briee?

Meghan:A...

Briee:Redneck!

Haylea: lolz I love giraffes!

Matthew:Me too! They're my favorite animal

Matthew: <:o===Q<

Haylea:Woah

Briee:What's that

Matthew:Giraffe emoticon

Meghan:Guys I lost my ipod! ;o

Briee:Nice

Haylea:Oh no!

Briee:Check your pocket??? ;p

Matthew: Nice robert let's all cry

The previous message Matthew sent is an inside joke between him and Meghan. One time he was sad sarcastically so he meant to say. "Let's all cry together", but thanks to the autocorrect system, the word was changed to "Robert". Matt considered himself the worst texter ever.

Meghan:I found it!

Haylea: Yayy! btw I gotta go!

(By the way, btw means by the way.)

Briee: bye haylea

Matthew:Don't leave dino buddy! I'll cry XD

That was another inside joke because he made a photochop of her face on a dinosaur.

Haylea: Sorry Matt :(

Meghan:Later Haylea

Five minutes passed after the departure of Haylea and Matthew, Meghan and Briee went into a conversation about unicorns, Harry Potter, and rubber bands.

Matthew:Guysss

Meghan:Yeah pear?

Matthew: I hear someone outside my house :3

Briee:That's not good!

Meghan:Quick Matt! Hide!

Matthew: Ok well I will. Oh wa

Briee:wa?

Meghan:What?

Briee:I'm so confuzzled Matthew!

Meghan and Briee went on in the conversation without Matthew. But little did they know that one of the topics they were recently talking about just crashed through his bedroom wall.
