MABI’s POV:
When I reached home, I was still distracted with my earlier thoughts about Zendric. Ugh, I shouldn’t be thinking about the guy. Hindi dapat ganito, hindi ko gaanong kakilala ang lalaking yun and once palang kami nakapag-usap ng matagal.
“Hey.” Bati ni Krys pagdating ko sa may sala, nakahiga ito while reading a book, hindi man lang nya inalis ang tingin nito sa libro. I bet hindi na umalis yan sa pwesto nya simula nang umalis ako, and that was 5hours ago? I think…
“Aren’t you a little early? I thought you will have a lunch meeting?” tsk, tsk, sinasabi ko na nga ba… hindi na nya namalayan ang oras, sanay na ko… lagi siyang napupunta sa ibang dimension kapag nagbabasa siya and no one can even distract her except for me… malakas ata ako sakanya! XD
“Did you have your lunch? It’s way past time...” I told her as I sat on the opposite chair, I looked at my watch and told her that it was already 3pm…
That caught her attention, “really? Hmmm, akala ko isang oras palang ang nakakalipas” then she reached for her phone.
“you should eat first, ipahinga mo muna ang sarili mo.” I told her saka tumayo na ako para pumunta sa kusina para kumuha ng tubig, I didn’t bother to ask for Laine since I know na hindi naman niya mapapansin kung bumaba man ito mula sa kwarto niya o hindi..
Sigurado din naman ako na kapag nagisisng si Laine, bababa lang siya para kumain then babalik na sa pagtulog… memorize ko na ang habit ng isa’t- isa kapag weekends… too bad Arriadne is not here with us…
I wonder what she’s doing at her parents’ house…
Bumalik na ko sa sala at nakita na hawak ni Krys ang phone na ginagamit niya as Keenly. “Is there a problem regarding the gang?” I asked, pointing at the phone she helds.
