Begging For Breath

The rain falls aimlessly,

On the dark murderous sea.

Rippling across the ocean,

Like a magical potion.

Hear the water,

Slapping slaughter.

Wonderous sound,

All around.

Dip your finger,

Let it linger,

In the sand,

In the land.

Cool breeze,

Hits your knees.

You shiver,

You quiver.

You let everything go.

Is the world friend or foe?

Drenched like a cat,

Ruined your hat.

This is how your life is spent,

Taking in the ocean's glorios sent.

Nothing is left,

But you begging for breath.
