Maybe it's not about the happy ending, it's about the story

Louis' POV

I was fiddling around with my fingers because I couldn't use my phone or my laptop or anything and it was killing me

I moaned loudly before standing up from my bed and walking into Lou, Tom, and Lux's room but only had Lou there looking through a hair magazine

"Lou, why are you doing this to us" I groan

"Well...your phone is right here" she says pulling out my white iPhone making my eyes light up

No Louis! Snap out of it

"I'm not going to" I say "but, can you please just call Matt, Jake, Emily and Daisy and see if they're ok?" I ask her

She nods sympathetically and pulls out her phone and I had to exit the room because I felt as if I was going to break down crying if I stayed

I walked back into my room and walked up to my suitcase

Im scared because....believe it or not, but it's been 6 months since Rosie passed, and I haven't had a breakdown,

But the reason I'm scared because I have a feeling I'm going to soon

I just keep reading that letter from..her, over and over and I can imagine her saying it

And sometimes, I picture, if she was still here, what she would look like, if she had changed her hair color, or her style of clothes, or the type of dates we go on would change into different types

But she'll always be my Rosie, and she changed my life, and I'll never forget her, because of the impact that she had on all of us

I remember the first day we met like it was yesterday, she was walking her dog, and she looked beautiful and we bumped into each other, and it sounds so cliche, but it's true, it happened, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me

I say on the bed and I got out my wallet and opened it revealing all my cards and little pockets

I opened the section where you keep you bills and I pulled out a photo of Rosie looking absolutely beautiful drinking Starbucks

She kept begging me to delete it, but I convinced her to let me keep it because she looked stunning

I heard a knock on my door and I put the photo back in my wallet

I stood up and walked up to the door

I turned the doorknob slowly opening it and I saw something incredibly surprising

"Eleanor?"

"Hi Louis" she says awkwardly

"Come in' I reply awkwardly letting her in

"Thankyou, and before you ask, I'm not trying to ask you out or anything" she begins and we both sit on the bed "I'm here to apologize, and say I'm sorry for what I did, it's been haunting me ever since I did it, and I'm so sorry" she says making me feel a bit bad for her "and I heard a while ago but I couldn't get on to you, I'm so sorry about what happened to your girlfriend' she says

"It's ok" I utter out

"So, how are you?" She asks

"I'm fine, you?" I ask her

Honestly, it just felt awkward being with eleanor...

"I'm good" she smiles

"Are you still with that guy?" I ask her

"Yeah, drew and I are still together" she says trying not to smile but it turns into a cheeky grin that I'm still used to

I slightly smile at her and start fiddling with my thumbs
