Dear fans,
This story ended two weeks ago, and I still can't get over it. I poured my life into this story, embraced the characters, lived with them. Choosing to write about an abusive relationship was not easy...it took a lot of research and almost pain. It wasn't a fluffy, live-easy kind of topic, if you catch my drift. But I don't regret writing about it at all. In fact, it's my pride and joy. This story was my pride and joy. I loved that I was able to bring attention to a serious issue, and even help and influence those who had been through something similar.
This story was written for those...for every girl who has been told she wasn't good enough, for every woman who has been physically and emotionally abused, for every person who ever had to pretend to be somebody else.
You all have made this story such a success, and I thank you all for your love and support. I hope that with this story, you all have taken away and learned something.
