On a sailing ship

Hello!

I decided I will turn this into a series which will be uploaded once a month.

I got this idea, as well as the previous one, from a Young Writers Group where we did a writing exercise. In the exercise, you have 10 mins to write about a random topic and these are the things I came up with. They have been edited so they sound better.

Anyhow, Enjoy!

---------------------------------------------------------------------

The thing I want the most in this world is to be completely and utterly free. Almost like being on a sailing ship in my mind, where I know who I am.

Yet the mystery of what lurks in the cobalt ocean stays a mystery, a puzzle, a riddle that calls out my name in the soft whisper of the waves, just beckoning me to jump in and explore.

No one will know where I am or what I’m doing. I can just sit and think about what holds the stars and moon in place, or how the people amidst the busy rumble of traffic on the other side of the planet are feeling.

While they are honking their horns, I will know exactly who I am.
