Chapter 5

Ed woke up early Thursday morning, He had had a ruff night. It was becoming hard for him to write at all, everything he thought about was Waverly.

He woke up realizing that he had fell asleep at his desk, in his t-shirt and blue jeans.

He had plans to auction off an old guitar at a charity event.

As he was getting ready when he thought about Waverly.

He really didn't know what to do next.

He realized she had been also seeing Niall by the sound in his voice when they were on the phone.

But why did that matter? They had only been on two dates, so he wasn't her boyfriend.

Also he tried to sleep with her. At the time it was mostly spite twords Niall and jealousy that made him start but the feeling he got with Waverly made him keep going.

He knew he didn't love her because he didn't know enough about her but he felt something he had never felt when he was dating other girls.

He didn't want to text her, she said she would text him. What if she decided she did 't want to see him anymore? Maybe thats why she hadn't gotten in touch.

Ed pushed those thoughts away.

No, he thought to himself, she probably has been busy, besides it's only been two days.

Two dates and two days.

When he got to the auction building he we to the front office.

A young redheaded girl was sitting at the desk.

"Hello!" She greeted in a perky voice.

"Hi, I'm Ed, I'm here to drop off a guitar that is to be auctioned off today." Ed said showing the girl the guitar case.

"Of course. Just sign your name here and I'll take the guitar." The girl said showing Ed a clipboard with signatures written in slots.

Some of the names he recognized. Cher, Miranda Lambert, Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake, Auston Kutcher, they were all auctioning something off today.

He found a blank space and signed his name in his neat, graceful, cursive.

He reached over and handed the girl the guitar case and she sat it on a black table behind her.

"Thank you so much, the charity will really appreciate this!" The girl beamed.

"Of course." Ed said beginning to walk out the door.

"Wait!" The girl said, "before you go can I have your autograph?"

Ed turned around and the girl was blushing.

"Sure!" Ed smiled.

The girl handed Ed a book where she obviously had asked other celebrities to sign.

He took the pen laying on the desk and signed his name.

"There you go." He said handing it back to her.

"Thank you so much! I'm Jennifer by the way. I'm a huge fan!" She told him gushing.

"Your welcome and thank you for supporting me." Ed said smiling.

"How could I not your one of the best singers in the world."

"I wouldn't say I'm one of the best in the world but thank you anyway." Ed said, "bye."

He began walking twords the door and the young girl called after him, "Bye!"

A/N

I'm sorry I know I told you guys I would have this up yesterday but Britt and I have been really busy.

This chapter is pretty short and mainly just a bit of a filler but hey they can't all be super exciting! No your right they can. Also I worked on this chapter mainly by myself.

Britt deff. helped she wrote a little and fixed some (basically she took my boring crap and made it fun) but ultimately it is mostly my work. She had cheer camp this week and she also started a new book on this account called "Remember Me? (A Marcel fanfic)" and so far it is pretty good (GO CHECK IT OUTT!!)I may begin helping her with it but I mostly want to focus on this story. Also the next update won't take this long as it was suppose to be chapter five but I thought there should be another chapter before it. I really hope you have all enjoyed it and please vote, fan, and leave a comment telling us what team you are. Team Ed or Team Niall???
