For Grandpa
For as long as I can remember you were such a king. You would walk around the house so tall and at ease. You would say funny jokes and made sure we'd laugh. You would be so nice to grandma and kept a smile on her face. You loved her so strong that it can't ever be replaced. Then something changed you had gotten so sick. You had fallen over me and had to make a hospital trip. When you came back they had a secret ... That you had Alzheimer's and I couldn't believe it. After that moment it all happend so fast. Some days were good but when they were bad they were BAD. It got so out of hand trying to take care of you at home that eventually you ended up at an nursing home. You said you didn't want to be there you said it so clear but we didn't listen and the next day you weren't here....
I miss you so much... I remeber what I can. Grandpa I love you. I can't wait to meet again....
